I've had two office visits at Lonestar Surgical - one with PA Rachel Anderson, and one with Dr…read more Morris himself - both were wonderful. I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and efficiency of the entire team. The facility was spotless, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was courteous, attentive, and well-organized, and everything from check-in to follow-up was handled with care. It's clear that this practice is run with precision and pride. Rachel Anderson and Dr. Morris provided care that felt seamlessly aligned - like they were cut from the same cloth (IYKYK). Rachel was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable during my initial visit, and Dr. Morris mirrored those same qualities in my follow-up. Both were very personable and took time to explain my vein-related edema and umbilical hernia in detail. They answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel completely at ease. Although I haven't had surgery yet, I believe the way Dr. Morris runs his practice - from the quality of his staff to the clarity of his communication - is a strong indicator of the kind of surgeon he is: meticulous, empathetic, and deeply committed to patient care. I left feeling confident and cared for, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team to anyone seeking expert vascular or surgical care.

While listening to Dr. Morris explain the surgery, my anxiety kicked in, and I felt like I was going to pass out. I reached out and grabbed Dr. Morris's hand. He held on while talking to me calmly until my nerves settled. He was so sweet, and once my nerves settled, we were able to continue. I'm just blown away by this place. The vibes I get from Dr. Morris are that he's a good father, a good friend, and a great surgeon.

I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.

I highly recommend this Med Spa!…read more I became a member this month after looking at the options in my area. V/O Med Spa has all the treatments I was looking for, for a non-surgical Improvement in my appearance. I started with a facial by Kim, which was awesome. She really took her time and showed me what she was doing and the results were immediate. Next, I experienced my first Morpheus laser treatment with Rebecca. I've purchased a series of three and I can really see a difference in my skin after just one treatment. The pores on my nose are smaller and a scar on my forehead seems more relaxed. I'm excited to see how my skin will look after all the treatments! Rebecca did a great job; she gave me lots of time for the numbing cream to kick in and I literally felt no pain with the laser treatment! So I am excited to see the results and I am so glad I found this Med Spa! Absolutely all the ladies here are friendly and welcoming!! There was no high-pressure to join or buy products! But I will have to say that I was ready to start a program and I believe this membership program is the best way to get more than a facial treatment at a fair price.

I've already noticed smoother skin and way less hair after just one session. They have the best equipment, extremely effective and safe. Highly recommend if you're thinking about trying Botox or any other services they offer. I'm interested to try out their great facials too. The staff is very knowledgeable and amazing!
