So Imagine my surprise that we come back home this past Sunday and our boiler won't turn on. We had to do emergency service from another company just to be told our boiler was so dirty it shut down, and that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Feel like we have been ripped off. Edit. Called Lachance and instead of talking responsibility, they tried saying it's possible for the boiler to get that dirty in a short period of time. This is disappointing as they have done repairs on our boiler in the past with good results. Buyer beware if you are considering using Lachance.

Fact is she is a very rude woman who has no business dealing with customers and if a company insists on keeping such people on their staff (probably sleeping with the boss) then quite frankly I'm glad not to be dealing with them anymore.
