As a result, this impacts my ability to prepare fresh and healthy meals during the week. However, Ideal Nutrition has provided me with a great avenue to eat tasty and hot meals without compromising on price or quality. The Wellington location is right next to the LA Fitness gym. This gem is well-maintained, and the store is always clean. Every time I visit, the staff is super friendly and always ready to offer help if I need it. Some of my go-to favorites are the Chicken Caesar Wrap, Baked Chicken Parmigiana, Paleo Cowboy Steak, and Paleo Turkey Burger. Each meal costs less than a movie theater ticket and is always made fresh. (Tip: if you freeze them, they last twice as long). In addition to the dinners, they also carry breakfast and lunch meals as well as kids options. Workout drinks and beverages, such as Celsius and coffee, are also available in the store. Tried this place on the recommendation of a friend to help with help with healthier eating habits. I went to the storefront as it was close by and purchased 4 meals. I was interested in low calories and low fat. I have tried 2 of the four so far and it been great. The value for money is great. Some maybe able to get two meals out of one as it's pretty filling. All the food is made fresh and takes 2 mins to heat in the microwave. It can also be frozen if it's not used by the recommended date. The only drawback is the container are plastic and I did not see a recycling program offered for retuning the containers. The store is clean and staff are friendly. I plan to return soon. read more

I was extremely happy when I found out they were coming to Wellington. They are super close to me. I am a forever customer. The place was super clean the people are very nice and the meals are not only affordable but GREAT TASTING. I have not had a meal I didn't like yet! It's very fresh and so convenient. I will never have to worry about what I'm taking to work for lunch ever again. Portion size is perfect and huge selection of chicken, steak and pork options. Im a protein guy so I hit up the paleo section. The grilled chicken is a good size breast and seasoned perfectly. Very healthy, low cal, low sodium, no preservatives with some yummy veggies. My fave is the grill chicken with sweet potatoes, but the broccoli is good too. Found out about them from a friend. Went a week ago and purchased $100 worth of meals for my household. Have tried 3 of the meals so far and they have been fantastic. I am not a big fan of microwaved food so when I can I put the protein in the air fryer. The portion size is just right not too big not too small.
