I'm disappointed with the availability services at this location and the lack of responsiveness to my inquires. It is frustrating and a total time suck to be asked to go to other locations or not be able to cancel and get refunded for a service that cannot be provided - buyer beware read more

I would never recommend this business to anyone. It's all about the money and it's apparent they don't care about the individual at all. Do not sign anything I would go somewhere else - anywhere else. It's not just the location you go to - their "customer support" department is a complete joke. Totally unprofessional all the way around. read more

Had Botox for crows feet and lip filler. I was pretty anxious as this was my first time for both. Nurse Adrienne checked me in and got me set up. She performed Botox. A little sting, but super easy. Since I had two appts I was able to have the numbing cream on my lips for longer. I told them I take awhile to numb up at the dentist. Next was lip filler with Jenny. The numbing cream helped so much. After the first sticks (filler has lidocaine in it), I just felt pressure. End results were great! Jenny is now my go to for lips. Swelling has been minimal (was sent home with ice packs). Bruising just on lips, so could cover with lipstick if I were to go out. read more

I can't stand this company.. They always make things so difficult. You shouldn't have to have a whole 20+ minute conversation just to get the pricing - it takes 20 seconds over the phone at every other place but Ideal Image. I don't know how they think this is going to increase their sales - if someone can't afford it or notices that this company is "price gouging" then it's a waste of time, no matter what you say or do isn't going to change their mind. As for lip fillers - it costs $400-$500 at any other medical spa in town; yet this company seems to think they can get away with charging people $800-$900 for a simple syringe of juvederm. To make matters worse - it's not that they are over charging because their technicians are especially talented; it's simply because they want to. No good reason or explanation - just extra money in the owners pocket so she can drive around in a luxury vehicle. Horrible company design; it only illustrates how much greed is such a significant part of this company. read more

Really, stay away from these liars and theives. I paid over $6700 for what was promised to be several sessions of laser hair removal (at least 6 sessions with 16 months of follow up when necessary) - over priced in comparison to ANY other similar service in Houston. My 5th session was cancelled due to COVID and I unfortunately waited until I felt comfortable to go back. After I contacted them, I was sent a new contract offering 1 session at no cost. ONE!! I'm just heart broken, and keep replying to the person sending the contract via email but they won't call back or respond through email. She has sent the same contract three times. I only want to discuss the terms of my original contract, as I feel I'm being short-changed by over half of what I paid for. It's disappointing that a business that seems to be doing so well is happy break the bank of people who need help in these unprecedented times. read more

This is a scam they have you talk to someone on video chat and sign you up right then and there. They never actual gave me the exact pricing for the procedure other then that it would be 8 treatments I only had 2 visits. Not worth the money I paid. Then to find out they have a yearly membership fee of $299 that was the icing on the cake I had no idea they would be charging a yearly membership fee. Ladies do not I repeat do not pay for cool sculpting not worth it and honestly I didn't notice any change. I got the cool sculpting treatment and no visible change what's so ever. BUYER BE WARNED! Overpriced, aggressive sales tactics, rude staff, misleading Membership information. Not to mention their Botox is subpar and I have not been impressed with their lasers (which I was told are the Mercedes of lasers) Ideal Image (the company) is very aggressive when it comes to signing up for a membership. If you put in a request for pricing, you will immediately get a phone call, and then be asked to join a Facetime call, in which a very nice sales rep will pressure you into signing an agreement on the spot. I immediately wanted to cancel my purchase. It took them a week to get back to me and then I was told there was nothing they could do. With the membership, you will be promised VIP pricing on all treatments, but read the small print because you only get the 50% off AFTER you purchase a certain amount of treatments. I was also told I get a free service and now I'm being told they no longer offer it. Botox is the cheapest thing they offer, but it's so diluted you need 3x the units for it to work. If you're looking for laser hair removal, do yourself a favor and check out GroupOn for places near you! I've directed all of my friends to go that route and they've been able to find places with friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and similar "guarantees" to what Ideal Image offers. read more

The administration was very rude, unpleasant, and dishonest. Especially Jacqueline. She tried to cheat my grandma out of her money and she flat-out lied. Someone else tried to take up for Jacqueline. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! PS: I was gonna put zero stars but they made me put a star!!! read more

Same sentiments as below with the pattern of thievery and fraud- never had a service here but was convinced to pay upfront as they could not book the appointment without payment first. $1300 later and months of waiting for an appointment just to be refused treatment as I am "not a candidate" To top it off- I was told I'd be receiving a refund in January- it's may now and I've tried to call customer service form every angle and have never had anyone follow up with me to resolve this. This is fraud, theft and unethical. Seriously how do people feel comfortable working for this business? Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

I've been trying to make an apt for Botox and lip injections (both already paid in full, prior to COVID), and am so frustrated with the lack of customer service. I tried calling several times when they reopened but could never get through. Then 6/18 Karla emails me to make an apt, I replied 6/19, nothing back. I emailed again 6/26, still no reply. I've continued trying to call, and today someone answered almost immediately and transferred me to the "scheduling department". I have been on hold for 53 (yes, FIFTY) minutes now. This is ridiculous, and extremely frustrating that I can't just call the location directly for something I have already paid for. I wouldn't recommend it - for something that is advertised as super convenient, it is not by any means. Very disappointed. read more

BUYER BE WARNED. They had no problem "helping me finance" $4400 for laser hair removal on my legs -right out of college. I am blonde and wasn't a good candidate and instead of ANYONE stopping to tell me that they had no problem putting me in debt for a service that wouldn't even work on me. Their "lifetime guarantee" means nothing since it won't ever work. Years later I'm still mad about this place and their aggressive sales tactics. Botox was okay, but the laser experience way overshadowed. No numbing, painful, pointless.... Stopped returning and never once had a follow up call from anyone. They had moved on to the next sucker to get locked into a contract. There are so many other options where they know what they're talking about! read more

A good business is all about happy and satisfied customers. Ideal Image tries so hard to achieve this goal and they really succeeded. Nurses are professional, caring and they pay attention to the details and listen to you. The management also corporate with you to come up with best practical solution that works for both sides. I recommend this place as I can see the improvement in my treatment procedure. The price may be a little higher compare to other places but I believe it worth it. Thank you all!! read more

Thank you Jennifer for making me feel comfortable with this process. You are awesome and will see you soon in a couple of weeks

Very flexible at my appointments. I work with free technicians and they were very kind and friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable before, during, and after procedures. Don't go here. I like bunker hill location. They are nice and clean environment. Nurses are very approachable and make you feel at ease. They even clean your face before and after the procedure with sunscreen moisturizer. This location no,You will have a messy hair due to JelIy. You are lying on a dirty bed. The machine she used was like not clean. You can see some gunk on it. I just don't have a choice of my appointment so I got this location. read more

I drove all the way from Cypress because my friend said this location was the best. She's right. And the staff is so sweet! The girl that did my injections was so gentle and went out of her way to make me comfortable. It's good because you can be nervous to have someone in your face but she helped me chill out. Lol. The staffer at the front desk was so friendly and made me feel at home. I have no problem recommending and will make sure to go there again! read more

I called several places that said any coolsculpting results take at least 2 treatments so I thought I found a deal when I went to Ideal Image. My friend was treated also. 3-months later at follow up we saw no improvements, in fact, worse. I was told that I should never have been treated because it's "all skin". Well, why didn't you say that before you took my $2100 to begin??? I tried contacting them several times and you get the typical, "well I will fight for you with corporate"...the 'good guy bad guy' BS. Corporate sent me an email finally saying they were referring me to a Dr. WTH??? No Dr ever contacted me. RUN FORREST RUNNNNN!!!!! read more

I had a zoom consultation in July and was told that BBL was the best thing, better than previous laser treatments I had had elsewhere that were successful. The salesperson said I would only need 3 treatments based on what she saw. I have had 3 treatments and even the tech said my results were "unremarkable." I basically threw away $800. The techs were nice but what difference does that make if I, and they, see absolutely no difference from when I first walked in. A manager was supposed to call me to discuss but hasn't. read more

Ideal Image performed an evaluation for CoolSculpting. They indicated that I was a good candidate and I unknowingly entered a terrible service agreement with them. After talking it over with other medical professionals, they indicated that due to a hernia repair I should not have it done. This all happened within a week - I asked for a refund, and Ideal Image is continuing to pressure me into having CoolSculpting done and will not issue a refund. I do not trust them, and if you do please READ THE FINE PRINT before you sign. read more

This place is really skeptical. I haven't had any services provided to me and I didn't put any down payments and they are trying to tell me that the services are non-refundable. My first visit was very informative and quick! Tiffany was able to get me under the laser the same day I had my consultation! Very pleased with the results of the treated areas. No wonder they don't give prices over the phone! This place is ridiculously over priced. There is no free session with your consultation (which I was told while making my appointment). I went to get Botox, for medical reasons I wasn't able to get it done, fine, but I had already paid, this was more than 20 days ago and to this day I haven't gotten a refund, do you think they care? Absolutely not. I already contacted corporate, NO ANSWER, the woman on the phone said: maybe because of the holidays!!! Oh, but when they took the payment I didn't say: maybe after the holidays I will pay you guys. The best word to describe from the corporate of this company down to whatever position this woman Whitney holds in the company is: INCOMPETENCE. Never again. Lesson learned: never make a payment unless you are clear that you can have the procedure & they should know better. read more

OMG!! this place gets better and better (ironically!)!! I thought they could never be worst, turns out they could! If you want to save money and keep your sanity, take your business somewhere else. I have never been this frustrated in my life! It's a battle every single time and they manage to find something new ever time!! I have paid last year for quite few areas to be done. Since the start they had issues with booking appointments, as they are extremely busy and for some instances they have even waited months. One time, the manager told me we will not book all your areas together anymore... who allowed them to make this decision! I cannot tell you how many times I left without an appointment as they cannot access their schedule. I can say this with confidence: if you are waiting for them to call you to schedule the appointment, they will never do! Obviously, I am not referring to the times they call you one day before the appointment to cancel and never reschedule. The last drop: I had my appointment last Saturday, I get there and the front desk does not let me in. She says my contract has expired and I need to sign paperwork. She literally withheld my paid treatment from me claiming my contract has expired considering they have never respected the contract. I find it very ironic! I refuse to leave until they book my next appointment on Saturday, and I guess what! I call to confirm my appointment, and my appointment does not exist! And without mentioning that I have not achieved the results I paid for! They offered additional 3 treatment (because they never respected the scheduling in the past), and then they said we never guaranteed that you will achieve the results needed and if you do want to get what you paid for, you need to pay for the touch-ups! My advice, run as fast as you can! Find any other place to get your laser treatment! This is literally the worst service I had to deal with in my entire life! And good luck with your laser treatment! read more

The reason for such a low rating is because two ladies that were working the evening shift profiled my father because he was outside smoking while waiting for my mom to get out of her treatment. We paid thousands of dollars and instead of opening the door and asking him if he was waiting for someone they automatically lock the doors on him not allowing him to enter to the waiting area. It was cold out and raining! They later explained that they locked the doors because they've had someone come in with a gun and try to rob the place before. So out of all the people that go by the store everyday. You lock the door on my father? Why? Because of the color of his skin? One of the women proceeds to laugh about the situation afterwards. read more

The actual laser treatment is fantastic and it works. All of the ladies who work at this location are great and very professional. That being said, when it comes to the billing and the payment plan it was NOT made clear the actual terms of the payments during my consultation. I pay more than my minimum every month, but apparently my minimum never reflected any sort of interest charges. I was just slapped with $850 of interest because despite my over payments I did not pay off the entire plan by a certain date and I will now have to pay interest on the full total. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this Ideal Image and would not recommend this location to anyone. During the consultation they're only worried about selling the plan, not explaining the terms fully. As a skincare therapist, I have a many clients asking about laser hair removal. I am aware of the processes, however I did not have a place in mind to refer them to...until now. Because I am an African American female, it was imperative that I research a place that had state of the art technology (YAG laser) and whose goal is to protect the integrity of the skin. Ideal Image (Heights) went above and beyond the call of duty to answer every question that I had from a personal and professional standpoint. I also enjoy the fact that only trained nurses perform treatments. Initially, I scheduled a consultation on behalf of my clients, however after speaking with the staff, I decided to begin treatment that day. Alaina was my nurse and I admire her love for what she does. The ladies at the front desk as well as the back office are also very sweet and informative. I would 100% recommend them. If I'm going to be loosing clients, I prefer that they choose a facility that cares as much as I do for their skin. This is definitely the place to consider for hair removal. P.S. 60% of my hair did not grow back after 1st treatment Yes it hurts but its quick and you'll get over it There is no irritation afterwards Yes you have to shave, but I literally got one ingrown that was wiped away immediately after I used the ingrown pad they provided for me in my goodie bag If you are ingrown prone, get laser hair removal... For my ethnic ladies, yes they have lasers for you...even if you're dark in complexion XO read more

I have to agree with a few other reviewers in feeling ripped off but I did not have any issues with the payment plan as others did. I thought I was getting a great deal for laser hair removal on the bikini line ($1500) until I realized that there were others getting more areas for the same price or the same area for a much less price. I finally realized what it is they are doing. They are basing your price point on your income rather than being the same for everyone. This is not a fair lending practice and against the law and I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. The actual laser hair treatment went well, although; there are a few hairs that are still growing back. I paid for a lifetime guarantee only to find out that it costs $55 a session for anything after your first 6 sessions or one year whichever is up first. I was shy one session but since my year was up they said they would not do my last session without paying the $55. After knowing what I know now I will absolutely make sure anyone else that goes to them does not get ripped off. Make sure to low ball your income if you apply for their credit line. read more

Not even worth one star for their negligence and worst customer service. I had an appointment booked prior to visiting the facility. Firstly the front desk agent did not even ask my permission to use a razor. Secondly I was made to wait for 50 mins and I had to return without a consultation. While I am waiting 8-10 people were consulted who came after me. Unhygienic and in professional behavior from the staff. read more
