My experience here has been a nightmare over and over again. First my consultant lied to me about the deal I was getting. She told me the BOGO deal was the best deal they had all year ever and it was ending that day. Also that it doesn't happen often and didn't know if it would come around again. Later I find out the deal did not end that day, it continued for weeks later, she just wanted to pressure me into buying. Also there is 50% off and 60% off that occurred a few weeks after. Pretty much they say whatever she can to get me to sign. I felt tricked and deceived. They pretty much rob you. I have friends that went other places and have the same or better results and paid less than me even with my BOGO sale. You're better off going anywhere else. the prices there are extremely high and not worth the money. I still am not hairless. Then they magically have an opening right after the paperwork so that you get a treatment after the consultation so you have to pay for it and you're locked in. After that the consultant was extremely rude to me and when I asked to meet with her for follow up she blew me off and took someone else in she didn't have a scheduled appointment with. She acted as if I wasn't worth her time and new clients were her priority. I was blown away with how she spoke to me. I was burned on more than one occasion by the lasers. The girls here that work cycle through And never last long. you never meet with more than the same girl from more than a few sessions so you never have time to get comfortable with anybody. They are always leaving. They are extremely stingy with everything and even if there is hair the same texture as they are treating but it is outside the designated lines they will not treat it. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and the contract pretty much allows them to do whatever they want including burn you but you can't do anything to get out of it or they will ping your credit because they make you pay with a credit card that you open with them. It's way overpriced and i never know what I get when I go in there- will it be a stranger treating me that I'm not informed about, will I'm be burned, will I run into the rude consultant, will my appointment be cancelled? My experience that was so awful. The consultant was rude and a liar manipulator. Do not go here, go somewhere local where you could build a relationship with the person who is doing your laser. Stay away. Don't Let them suck you in with "our lasers are better." I am not happy with my results. I wish I had done better research. I paid so much money and truly regret it. My experience was so awful. Recently I went in for an appointment and they said they had been trying to reach me to cancel the appointment on a random number I never provided them, "one of the lasers is down" and they can't see me for 2 months later.. I can't help but think with their priority over new clients they are taking in those people who just scheduled Black Friday deal. I know it's not even worth the fight anymore I just turned around and walked out. read more

I went to ideal image back in 2015 for one reason, I was tired of having ingrowns in my bikini area. I am a dark completion and when I waxed and had ingrowns it always left a ugly mark! I hated this so much. When I went in for the consultation I was sure I wanted to start this process. I believe the lady I spoke to was Maria she was very helpful and answered all my questions (I ask A Lot). I was fresh out of college and had to do the payment plan with their credit card i had to apply for which was excellent with no interest! After my consultation got a nice little gift bag. I started my sessions and it all went well, there was one time that i got a minor burn. I reported this and they had me come in so they can see. I guess they changed their whole system people others we reporting the same thing happening to them as well. I noticed once it was scabbing, I had no idea I was burned. I am so happy with my results, I no longer have to feel insecure when I wear a bikini. I will not lie though, it is painful but bearable. All the nurses I had were super nice, the receptionists as well, I had a great experience. Don't think that hair won't grow back at all though, that's impossible!! However it grows a tiny bit and thin, when you shave there is no ingrowns or marks! Before my sessions ended I changed to the Burlington office because it was closer to home and everything went well there too! Hope this helps someone :) read more

I just got my 2nd treatment done and have seen such incredible progress! My chin and mustache area was so hairy and noticeable it was embarrassing! The consultant was so helpful and was constantly asking me if i had any questions. We also worked together to find the best payment plan that would allow me to do this without going broke. The process it self was so quick and nearly painless, it felt like a rubber band being snapped on my face. I could also notice a huge difference in just a couple of days, and the hair that grew back right before my 2nd appointment was noticeably less full. I recently received a filler and wrinkle relaxer and am extremely happy with the results - I look younger and refreshed without anyone really noticing anything drastic, I was very nervous and I had read many stories about side effects such as deep bruising, lumps and looking bloated - none of these were true for me. I absolutely love the Ideal Image in Braintree. When I first went in, I was very nervous about what the prices would be. I had heard that Ideal Image was expensive. I went in for a free consultation with Joelle. She made me feel really comfortable and explained EVERYTHING. She answered all my questions and helped me get a very affordable payment plan. I give one star only because I had to select something to start. Do not waste your money, I went to cool sculpting once and never returned for the second treatment. I'm still paying a monthly fee until October 2018 and will not return. It did absolutely nothing for me and was very painful and I am still numb in certain areas 6 months later. I called the Braintree office to complain and requested a refund since it does not deliver what they advertise. I was told someone will call me back and three weeks now and no response. They were courteous and helpful when I went originally and now they don't care. read more
