This place will scam you into a contract- BEFORE YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. The consultant will rush you through the spiel, assuring it's just a soft credit check and lo and behold- you are trapped in to thousands of dollars of treatments despite never having seen them or the facility. Oh and this is done before ever scheduling services. I know covid has caused tough times but this is scamming at its worst. read more

Do not get the laser hair removal its not guaranteed. Due to there covid caution my daughter was not getting her sessions as scheduled and when covid caution was over she was left with only two sessions and her hair growth was still insane . But even though it was fully growing they said i had to start paying to keep on with the treatment because her treatment plan was completed even after i had payed them for the full treatment. The staff were never returning my calls they were always also rescheduling me alot during her treatments. So be aware . The treatments were not even being done as scheduled because of them always rescheduling not us them and they still did not want to give me extra treatments only if i start paying for more . And even with the lifetime membership it was 95 dollars per sessions but being her hair was still insanely growing that would be alot more extra I would have to be paying. read more

I paid $3-grand up front for a poor-quality Brazilian and on top of that they want to continue jamming me $40 per session to correct their careless results. The sessions were inconsistent: some "nurses" rushed me through without doing a thorough job, while others (two) did bother to take the proper amount of time to laser correctly. I wanted to get some other areas lasered, but absolutely NOT. I'm going to find a different place both to fix the mess that Ideal Image Laser left behind and to get my other areas done. Caution when you go in for the sales spiel -- they make it sound like they have your best interest at heart. WRONG! They really don't care if I'm a totally dissatisfied customer--they've already got my money!!! On a scale of 1-10, I give Ideal Image a 2. read more

I have been going to Ideal Image on Brodie and the service there is top notch. The care they show me is like I am their only customer, but I can assure you I am not. They take all the time necessary to answer my questions and perform their work with a smile. Speaking of smiles, how about that receptionist, she is the best: efficiency and attention without attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job. Try this place sometime, you'll be glad you did. read more

I would give Ideal Image 0 stars if I could. So here's my story. I had an online consultation. Was told I was a great candidate for said procedure. I thought it was odd that I had to pay before scheduling but didn't think about it too hard. Signed the contract and paid. The lady told me that someone would contact me to schedule. Two weeks later, no one called. I called multiple times but you have to sit on hold forever. I'm actually currently in hold with them and it's been 28 min. Still no answer. Well finally I got through to someone and they scheduled me. I had to wait a month for my procedure. Went in super excited for them to tell me I was not an ideal candidate and it could not be done. (Even though I had another in person consultation with a dermatologist who said I was a candidate). They apologized and told me someone would call me and that I could look at other options or they would refund my money. Well no one has called. I've called four times this week waiting on hold 30+ minutes before giving up. I want my money back. The customer service here is outrageously awful. How are you suppose to get a hold of someone here?! Well if they don't pick up today I'm driving to the location to talk to them. If that doesn't work, I'll dispute it with my bank. This is absurd. I'm not sure if they are trying to scam people or just terrible at their jobs. I hope someone from Ideal Image reads this and finally decides it is worth it to call me. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND ANYONE ELSE. read more

I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for the past 3 months! They usually say they will have someone call me back and to this moment no one has tried to contact me. I had one session back in March and I. Haven't been rescheduled since COVID happened. Yet they keep taking my money! I want to CANCEL but no one seems to care read more

This place is the absolute worst! I paid upfront for laser hair removal on my neck, I got 2 of my 10 treatments before the Covid pandemic started. I was told I would be called for a reschedule of my next appointment as soon as they re-open. It has been seven months now and I have not heard a thing from them except for Botox ads for them trying to sell more things to me. They have time to try to get new patients but not take care of their current ones. What kind of group thinks it's acceptable to not contact an active patient for six months? Every time I call nobody answers and I get transferred to their corporate number. I'm going to have to drive all the way there just to talk to someone. Extremely frustrated at this time! read more

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! they keep giving me the run around. I am fed up. I want my money back for my unused product that I had a reaction too! i paid for 2 sessions and couldn't do the second. Ya'll are the worst business ever. I am a manager and even though we have a strict refund policy we always make our customers happy. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

Awesome experience! Aside from the staff always being very nice and understanding, my legs have been hair free for almost 2 years! It has been so convenient during my travels around the world- I think I've shaved my legs 2 or 3 times in these 2 years and that's only to get rid of some lanugo hairs (those super white hairs) Yes, it is expensive. But there's payment plans and even though I'm a huge penny pincher, I don't miss the money or think about what else I could have done with it. Yes, it is painful. Quite. But also I am a big baby, and they can give perscriptions for numbing cream (although there is still some pain, so don't expect it to make it dissapear.) Only the pulses hurt, no soreness after, just a bit itchy. And the nurses (or whatever they are) were super patient with my little yelps of pain... those come out of me so easily. Yes, I do have light skin and dark hair, so maybe that's a reason it worked so well on me. Yes, on upper legs they get RIGHT up to the edge of the crotch. So no stray pubies if they were there before. (sorry if tmi!) Also, can't do on tatts if you didn't know that already. Warning: For them to work with you, you have to stay on the schedule as best you can. I made my next appointment before leaving every time, arrived at all of them, stayed out of the sun and used high SPF sunscreen when I couldn't avoid it (no tan!) I'm sure the lighter you keep your skin, the better it works because the higher setting they can use to pick up the melanin in your hair. They praised me every time for how consistent I was being because apparently a lot of people miss their appointments, go tanning, and still expect complete hair loss, and I'm sure it voids the lifetime warranty that it comes with. Why would you do this after spending so much damn money??? So because I showed up to my appointments and did everything else they told me to do, they gave me a 10th session for free because there were still a few hairs here and there that might could be picked up with the machine. These people will work with you! There are still a few VERY light brown hairs that I can see here and there, but it's so unnoticable, and when I did shave those 2 or 3 times, it took FOREVER for me to even be able to notice them again. Frankly the couple hairs that pop out on my chin and neck are more thick annoying than these hairs, and I'm 26. I haven't even bothered to take them up on the warranty of seeing if they can 'spot mop' my legs for the $40 or $1 per pulse, because it doesn't bother me that much, and this is coming from someone that had MAJOR OCD when it came to leg hair, shaving up to twice a day, which is why I got the treatment in the first place. If you've been thinking about it, go in and talk to them (Brodie location definately recommended). I forgot about shaving so much that I forgot that I had gotten it done, then remembered, and was thinking about what a miracle it is that my legs are this smooth all the time, hence my yelp review. read more

Overall the actual laser hair treatment worked. I still have some hair that grows back after my nine sessions, but it did work in thinning it out. HOWEVER, my one star comes from the company being so bogus. I got two medium areas done and it's embarrassing to say that I got scammed by their pricing. They claimed I was getting a "deal" yet it cost me over 2k to get the two areas done... but there's places all around my area that do it for significantly cheaper AND their reviews are better. I spent well over 1k more at Ideal Image than I would have elsewhere. And they make the sell of "you can go to any of our locations and your touch ups are cheaper than the normal price". Well their touch up price is still more than the originial price at other places. Then on top of that, they try to make it difficult for you to schedule new appointments so you don't get all of your sessions done in the 16 month time frame - that way you end up losing out on sessions you already paid for. Like I said, their machines work. But do yourself and your bank account a favor and go somewhere else. read more

#unsafe...Be careful... I had treatment at this facility pre covid, had most of my sessions before March then had one recently and while they ask you if anything has changed, they don't know what to do with that information. I ended up with permanent hyperpigmentation in the treatment area and am no money able to wear clothes that don't cover that area. I brought up the issue soon as it happened and met with the nurse 2 weeks after. Even after knowing that the settings were likely changed and too high to have caused burns, they have done nothing to remedy the situation. I wouldn't recommend. Also, before going here, please do your own research whether you should undergo laser hair removal or not, they are not trained enough. The physician that runs the practice was not even professional enough to admit and help resolve the issue. I cannot imagine a physician being so callous so I'm thinking he/she wasn't even informed about it.... Further, you did provide follow up through Nurse named Crystal who hasn't done anything about it despite realizing that they took information from me and didn't know what to do about it.. frankly, I think that is acting beyond her scope of practice as a nurse...I bet she did not inform anyone is the business or leadership about it...I hope no one else suffers the mistake I'm living .. read more

At my first appointment (at North Austin location), I got there 3 minutes early, but had to wait to be let inside and then wait in the waiting room for at least 10 minutes. Then the technician walks out and says "you were late so we might not get to all areas today." I had to keep waiting, then when I was brought back, she mentioned again that I was 11 minutes late (when I was literally on time and they were running late.) I found it ridiculously unprofessional and unwelcoming to accuse the client before even saying hello, especially at my very first appt. She was nicer as the appointment went on and did get to all areas. On the way out, I scheduled my next appointment (at South Austin location), but I never received any confirmation via email or phone. I had to call to find out when that appointment was and reschedule it. I wrote down the new time, but never got a confirmation email. I had it on my calendar almost a month in advance. I got there extra early this time, so that no employees would bitch at me. When I called to be let in, I was told my appt was canceled because I didn't confirm 48 hours in advance. I never got a single phone call, text, or email confirming my appt (thought it was just my responsibility to remember when it was.) I checked my spam folder; Ideal Image never reached out to me. She confirmed that they have my correct phone and email. Apparently they're supposed to confirm the appt multiple times with you or else it's automatically canceled. Whoever was supposed to email or call me failed to do their job, and I suffered the consequences of them screwing up my schedule. The lady on the phone was very nice, but never apologized or admitted fault. They're not professional enough to conduct their business correctly, and they quickly blame the clients any time there's a mistake. I still have many sessions to go, so hopefully the customer service will be less disappointing and the results will be worth it. I've had plenty of service jobs in my life- it is not difficult to smile and play "customer is king." Try harder, Ideal Image. read more

This review is more about the CoolSculpting treatment, rather that the Ideal Image facility itself. Having said that, after some processing, I realized I felt pushed into the service I received, but the bottom line is I agreed to sign the contract without allowing myself to think things over, and for that I am very regretful and have learned a HUGE lesson...$4,000 later. Went in after reading about CoolSculpting for a free consultation. The receptionist was friendly, place is spotless, sales pitch convincing. "Interest free for 2 years!", "You're the PERFECT candidate for CS!", "You're going to love how you look!", "Look at these before and afters!", bla, bla, bla... Little did I know, (or pay attention to because it was thrown in there quickly amid all the positive things about CS), there is a small percentage of clients whose fat DOES NOT react to the treatment. Needless to say, I happen to be one of the small percent. Immediately after I signed the contract, I had a regret - I asked at that moment if it was too late to back out. "Yes, I'm sorry, you have signed the contract". (Red flag I chose to ignore). Excited about the fact that I was the "perfect candidate", that the fat around my middle I could not get rid of despite three mornings at the gym and three trail runs a week was promised to be reduced by 25%, I didn't argue and proceeded to make my appointment. The nurse who treated me was amazing. Super careful, considerate, and encouraging. I felt well taken care of and she talked me through the whole thing. However, the procedure HURTS LIKE HELL. Your fat is literally sucked into a vacuum and held there for an hour. When completed, you have what looks like a frozen stick of butter that the nurse massages out. This is the most excrutiating feeling I have ever experienced besides childbirth. Mind you I was in there for 4 hours! That's a lot of frozen sticks of butter to massage. The nurse kept saying, "Girl, just think you'll only have to do this this one time! Your abs are going to look amazing! It will all be over soon - you'll be so glad you did this!"... sigh... Once the procedure was over, I put on my girdle and waddled out of there, so sore and swollen, but that was to be expected. Then the waiting began. I was told the swelling would go away within two weeks which was pretty much, true. The tenderness, pain, however, took much longer than the "average" six to eight weeks. And the numbness??? 10 weeks, at least (compared to the average 8). I was also told I would see results in as few as 6 weeks. So I decided to hold out on getting excited for 10. After 10 weeks, nothing. No change. After three months, still no change and time for a "check up" to take "after photos". Saw a different nurse this time who agreed that no changes were visible. Give it one more month then come back, I was told. Again, after month 4, no results. My case moved on to management who called me about three weeks later. It happened to be the same sales person who convinced me to sign the contract the first time. I was offered a second treatment of CoolSmooth Pro using some plates, rather than the suctions, because they supposedly treat that "stubborn fat" better. It wouldn't hurt as much, and there would be no swelling (I could NOT handle those massages again). I agreed (what did I have to lose), but when I arrived to my second appointment, the nurse (who was the one who treated me originally) explained that in fact she'd have to use the suction AGAIN on my flanks. I was not pleased, to say the least, and she did not pressure me and was also very kind and understanding. She called in another manager, who asked if there was another service they offered that I would like to try. At this point I was so upset with the fact that I had spent so much money on a service that I wanted with zero results, that I said no thank you. I just wanted to leave, not taking the second treatment (oh, because if I had, there would be "no going back" - no consideration of compensation). They would have someone call me to discuss how to move forward. The manager did call me back one more time. She said she wanted her clients to be happy, and would I reconsider a different treatment, or did I know anyone who would want the service, and did make a conscious effort to help me. But in the end, Ideal Image will not refund my money, so I'm out 4 grand and left to settle for a service or services I don't even care to have. Moral of the story? DO YOUR RESEARCH and remember, you, too, could be one of the "small percentage" of stubborn fat carriers. Also take into account that the fat will only be reduced by up to 25% IF it works. The CoolSculpting treatment carries NO guarantees, and is actually pricier that Smart Lipo, from what I'm reading (and wished I had done in the first place). But hey, if you have $4,000 to throw away, want a treatment with no downtime, don't mind risking your fat not reducing, then by all means, give it a shot! read more

Sketchy. I recommend that you avoid Ideal Image. My wife paid a lot of money for laser treatments and then they canceled on her! At one time they let her sit in the waiting area for an hour before telling her the ONE employee that do the treatments quit earlier in the week! Then, they wouldn't reschedule her because of the "lack of a worker." The last straw was they wouldn't put her in line when a new employee was hired, they made her keep calling to see if someone was hired and to schedule an appointment. Now when she called, again, to reschedule they said "Oh we're sorry but your treatment plan has expired. We can't schedule you." She is now unable to get the treatments that she paid for because IDEAL IMAGE CANCELED ON HER and then wouldn't reschedule her due to lack of employee(s) before the expiration date! Now they want thousands of dollars more to schedule a 2nd treatment plan! The gall. Now that the time has passed for credit card protections, we have no recourse to get our money back. Seems fraudulent to me and I recommend you don't be a victim here: turn around, don't drown. read more

Pricing is a scam. I would recommend getting laser hair removal at a place with price transparency. I purchased the 9 session package for about $3,000 (80% off the full price) of hair removal for underarm and full brazilian which included a 'lifetime guarantee' of 90% off touch up sessions. The touch up discount is applied to the current pricing without the promotional 80% discount on services, so each touch-up session would be roughly $100 (comparable to most med spas without any discounts). Though after 9 sessions the results are good, they don't last forever as with any laser hair removal, and the lifetime guarantee is a joke. You should expect to need touch-ups regularly and indefinitely and are better off not paying a premium price and just going somewhere that has static and transparent pricing. Also would like to add that when I purchased the package the representative stated if I got a 'single hair' I could always come back. Single hair? More like the bush is back. read more

Ok people, these are the facts: 1. Laser Hair removal is the most painful thing a person can do to themselves. period 2. This is a very expensive way to remove hair. All companies are going to be expensive. Some may be less expensive then others But I don't think you want to go with the cheapest service in town because remember they are pointing FREAKING lasers at you (near your vagina). 3. The staff at Ideal Image, Brodie Lane is very friendly! 4. They always call to confirm appts. They can reschedule if you need to. Are always on time for appts. Now for my experience. I have been getting treatments for Lip, underarm and bikini for about 1.5 years. I hate the entire process because it really fucking hurts!! But, for all 3 areas to be treated takes about 15 minutes so that's not too bad. I am extremely happy with my results! When I look at my smooth underarms and bikini I am so glad I put myself through all the torture. I have really dark hair and olive skin so they had me on the laser with the highest heat intensity or some shit like that and I'l tell you I wanted to die. After about 7 treatments the hair that was growing back became finer and lighter colored so I was switched to a different laser. this laser is nicer. Still hurts like a Some-Bitch but better then super heat ass-hole laser. Also, the girl that does my treatments now is the BOMB! She is so patient with all my crying and flinching and answers all my questions with such great detail. Jillian is the best! I've had a few "traveling" nurses and they sucked. Made me nervous and took too long. I recommend you do the following things before/after your treatments: -wear the numbing cream- it helps a teeny bit -take a vicodin or some other form of pain killer or maybe 2 -don't get any sun exposure to the treatment area about a week before -don't smoke pot, it will make you more sensitive to the laser -drink mass quantities of beer /liquor after treatment -go commando when you get home read more

I heard about Ideal Image from the radio morning show that I listen to. I was really excited about the consultation that I set up and made a whole list of questions. When I got there I was met by a Lead Consultant who told me about the procedure, what to expect and the after care. That took about 10 minutes. We then went into her office to finish the consultation (that took about 40 minutes). I started to have problems then. She said that they only offered packages of a nine treatment course and that you have to pay upfront. When I let her know that I could not afford to pay the whole amount at one time she started pushing for a financing option from Chase Health Advance. With the job market the way it is I did not want to go that route. I also asked her about what would happen if I moved and was not able to complete the course, she let me know that no refund would be offered ( so basically I was out of luck), but I could go to one of the other 65 Ideal Image centers in the US and complete my treatment there. I asked her what about if where I am at there is not one there. She then asked if I had family in Austin and when I replied yes, then she suggested get I could get my session done when I come to visit. After the consultation I decided that it was too much of a sales pitch and I wanted the flexibility to pay as I go on the treatments. So I opted out. read more

My experience at Ideal Image was awesome! Tiffany was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. My bikini laser hair removal treatments have been great, Sara and JC are so sweet and respectful. I guess I have a high tolerance for pain because other people have said it hurts, but they were so fast and offered to stop at any time. I highly recommend Ideal image!!!! read more

I wish I could write a better review for Ideal Image. I was so very excited about laser hair removal and saying adios to my razor. I started treatment 3 years ago on my legs, bikini and underarms. I have had over 11 treatments (10-12 weeks apart) on each area and still have dark hair growing back. Here's what I wish I knew before I wasted thousands of dollars: 1. Laser hair removal (LHR) is not completely effective and works differently on everybody. I have less hair than when I started, but still have to shave often. Any light colored hair will not be killed. The consultant told me I was the perfect candidate because I am fair with dark hair so all my hair would be removed. This is not true at all. 2. LHR HURTS. I used numbing cream but it only dulls the pain. It is also a bit tricky and messy to effectively apply. I told myself the pain would be worth it when all my hair was gone. I was wrong. 3. My hair did not grow back until more than 12 weeks after a treatment. That means while I was getting treated, I thought LHR was working. It was only after my 9 treatments that I realized the hair would grow back. 4. Guests are instructed to not have any sun exposure to the areas being treated. This was very difficult to do for 2+ years. If you do get tan, Ideal image won't treat you, and your "lifetime warranty" is voided. 5. Ideal Image makes it extremely difficult to schedule appointments once you begin treatment. They overbook and have very little availability. If by chance you have to cancel, it is nearly impossible to reschedule within a timely manner. It is also difficult to get a return phone call from the office staff. 6. The Lifetime Guarantee does not guarantee anything except that you can pay a discounted rate (still hundreds of dollars) for more treatments if you're hair isn't gone, as long as you've followed all the rules including sun exposure and treatments within the correct time periods. I very much wish I had done more research before purchasing my LHR package from Ideal Image. This was the worst purchase decision I have ever made. Laser hair removal at Ideal Image is definitely too good to be true and I should have known that. I hope this review helps someone from making the same mistake I did. read more

Such a shady business. Obviously because they provide ZERO price information on their website you have to give them your email to get a "consultation", which is an email from a salesperson whose only job is to get you in the door. They obviously don't understand that the work they do puts clients in an extremely vulnerable position and that trust if of UTMOST importance in this line of work. How could I trust ANYTHING they said or recommended for me, when from the get go their practices are so blatantly all about the dollar. I wouldn't step foot in that place if they paid me. read more

OMG - I was shopping in Sunset Valley on Saturday and saw the Ideal Image store. I had repeatedly heard about Ideal Image's wonderful services on JB and Sandy's Morning Show on MIX97.4. I had tried to get an online and phone quote previously but to no avail. An in-store consultation was as required. Since they had a "walk-ins welcome" sign, I did. I was greeted very friendly, and shown into an office where the woman began to inquire if I understood what they did, which was permanent, and what my needs were, lower portion of my legs. After continued sales pitch I was informed that the cost was $4K. . . $4,000, FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. . . and that financing was available -- financing for laser treatments?! I'm sure my jaw dropped and my eyes popped out. I laughed said NOOOOOO thank you,, I'll continue with my $5 (five dollar) razor, and walked out. What the. . . are they selling?! Permanent, smermament. . . I've also lost more respect for the Morning Show. read more

It's over twice as expensive as other comparable service providers, and that's after they give you the "hot new discount" they seem to always have. Such a scam. Pauline is amazing!!! I was told by their manager Pauline quit. But found out much later she had not quit but transferred to the north location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THE SOUTH LOCATION!!! I had a horrific experience at this location and was forced to do the last couple of treatments at the north location. I was placed with a treatment nurse I had previously worked with before she came a nurse and was uncomfortable with her doing my treatment so requested another staff member just to have that nurse shame and harass me about asking to switch. Their manager Rose kept scheduling me with these two nurses even after feedback on how I was treated! Had this been my first treatment I would've never returned!! I had to go all the way to corporate because I was told either see the nurses I requested not to see or keep rescheduling (pushing me further and further out of my treatment window). I spoke with the regional director Renee and her only solution was to move locations. Not happy about driving waaaay North from Buda but the north location has shown to have much better professionalism and customer service. It was a shame I had to go all the way up the corporate ladder to get a call back on how to remedy the horrific experience and then their only solution was to move locations. I still have hair growth from my treatment schedule being all off and was told they have to review my claim of hair growth before doing extended treatments otherwise you have to pay for the treatments...so buyer beware!! read more

I signed up for an approximately $5000 package for laser hair removal. Each appointment had a different staff member. Each had their own definition of the treatment parameters, resulting in inconsistent margins for the area treated. The worst part was when they would overtly skip over an area leaving a 'patch' untreated. I would bring it to their attention and they acted as if it was my fault for having shaved, not shaved, been in the sun.... I assure you the sun never see that area! It was always painful despite 2-hour advance use of numbing cream. The staff each had different dispositions, some sunny others, very cold and made you feel like a number. It's a very big commitment financially and being vulnerable during treatment for people to have a poor bed-side manner and worse, accuse you of the reason the treatments aren't working. They never treated the same area, the same. therefore I got inconsistent and ineffectual results. $5000 later and I am dissatisfied. Hair is lighter but not removed. They are top notch at one thing, selling you their services. read more

I was a satisfied customer for a couple of years but the scheduling problems and lack of communication this month are unacceptable. I had an appointment booked a couple of months out. I got a notification to confirm the appointment, so I called and confirmed it. A few hours later, I got notification that my appointment had been cancelled. Assuming it was sent in error, I called again to confirm my appointment and was told it had been cancelled because I had not confirmed it. I explained that I HAD confirmed it, and was told it was a "glitch" that happens with their system, that my appointment time was now taken so I needed to schedule a new appointment. I was first told that I would have to wait 8 weeks, then booked for an appointment more than 3 weeks out. I asked for a manager to call me and was told she would. No one ever called. I posted a review on Google and was told to email so someone could contact me. No ever contacted me. read more

Oh my five stars! What an incredible experience I had at the Ideal Image South Austin location. The office is clean, bright and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and terrific hand holders:). I had Botox on my 51 year old face, eyes and forehead, before a bunch of holiday parties that I was attending. Since I hadn't seen a lot of the people in close to a year I was thrilled with all of the compliments that I received! People kept commenting on how good I looked. Jaesei is a wonderful young lady who made a very nervous situation for me an incredible experience! Thank you. read more

I am beyond impressed with this group. Yes, the laser can be quite painful at times, but it is SO well worth it and only lasts about 5 minutes. The ladies here have been patient and take care when conducting the procedures. I am glad I decided to do this and will be adding more areas for hair removal. I was skeptical or even afraid after reading reviews on laser hair removal but glad I went ahead with it. Great work here, Ladies! read more

I have to say I was very disappointed in Ideal Image. I went for my free consultation and they wanted to charge me $3000 for a 6"x6" area. I must mention, that $3000 was at a 50% discount! I feel they are extremely over priced and preying on people and their insecurities.AWFUL! I had laser hair removal 2 years ago from Reflections Medical Spa and the results were fantastic. At the time, she was very honest and stated there is no such thing as permanent hair removal and I would have to have the area touched up at some point. 2 years ago I paid $300 for the same area and for 6 sessions. I was completely hair free for 2 years. I'd rather pay the $300 every 2 years than pay $3000, knowing from experience I will have to get the procedure done again. Also, from experience, the session for the area I want done is approx 5 minutes. Ideal Image is a complete rip off! Make sure you shop around before you commit to this company. Not to mention, my consultant, or shall I say, Salesperson was not very professional. Very scripted. read more

This place is 100% a SCAM. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They wouldn't give out pricing online or over the phone and now I know why. I showed up for my "complimentary consultation", was taken into one of the rooms where they perform the laser treatments and given a long list of details about how they have the first FDA approved permanent laser hair removal system. The saleswoman (Catherine Gerber) even explained to me that IPL is not for hair removal and doesn't have lasting results. Which is what every other laser hair removal clinic uses. I then ask about the cost. We go to her office to fill out paperwork and she is calculating numbers. I have never been more shocked at how how ridiculous the pricing was. I wanted to get my under arms and lower legs done. The cost was $10,600...then with the 50% summer discount special it would be $5,264.....are you kidding me? Is this a joke? She then asks me what I would be willing to pay...which at this point I would not even do business with a company that obviously marks everything up to mark it down and call it some type of sale...... I walked out and thanked them for wasting my time. Then I called there corporate office to complain. That is when there attorney "Cal Everett" told me that he thought $10,600 was a fair price for laser hair removal. Please don't waste your time or money. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I've had services at other places previously and they were upfront on the pricing. I should have known when they refused to give me a price over the phone. They try a heavy sales tactic instead of being upfront and the result is way higher than any other place I've seen. For what I wanted to do, the cost would be 89% higher from the place I ultimately went. I wish they had told me ahead of time. It was a waste of time going here. They do claim to have better machines, etc and I can't comment on that. Perhaps they do, but the price and just the feeling of them not being straight forward was not a fun experience. read more

Went in last February for their "HALF OFF SUPER SPECTACULAR DEAL!". I was doing the brazilian, and, after my first treatment, I was thrilled with the results. And, as time wore on, I was less and less impressed. First, the hair on the "inner delicate" area IS growing back finer, but it's STILL THERE!! No one told me at ANY point in time that if it grew back blonde or finer their lasers wouldn't treat it. WTH?! And, look, I KNOW it's painful, but get in there and get it done, okay?! They seem to avoid those "delicate inner" areas like crazy. I'm sure no one (except one's Gyno) wants to see it..but come on! It's your dang JOB!!! Nevermind the fact that the hair is still growing in dark in the "backside" too. I'm still having to shave that, and it's STILL long and dark hair. On a previous visit, I was "spot treated". Uh, HELLO! NO! I paid for treatments, TREAT ME!!! If you read the fine print, true, they do state there's no guarantees that it's permanent, and OH SO SORRY, but we have your money and you have your hair. Yes, there is some improvement. I'm now only shaving occasionally, but the hair DOES still grow. I wish I'd never listened to the positive reviews from the PAID 'celebrities' on the radio. There ARE cheaper options out there ladies and gentlemen. GO THERE!!! read more

I recently went in for a consultation and had the best experience! Melonie was outstanding! She went above and beyond to get me what I wanted at an excellent price. She didn't pressure me into anything and clearly went over everything I needed to know about the procedures I was interested in. She answered all the questions I had with enthusiasm and was very patient. She was so easy to talk to that I felt like I had known her for years. She was so caring and easy going that I called my neighbor to tell her about it. She immediately called and met with Melonie also a couple hours after I left and signed up for the same thing!! Melonie, thank you for all your help and for being so accommodating. You rock! :) read more
