Where do I even begin! I would give this place zero stars if I could. Y'all do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. They are notorious for canceling your appointment last minute and don't have anything available for weeks after. Their only solution to the scheduling problem is a "sorry". For the laser hair removal you have to have the service within a certain time frame (6-8 weeks) for it to work but when your appointments keep getting canceled it's hard to stay on that cycle because you can't get in. My first contract I was doing treatment on 4 areas which totaled over 6k and didn't get permanent results due to the lack of consistency of the treatments. They canceled my appointments over 12 times. They offered to extend my contract and I ended up finding out I was pregnant a week later. I had a second contract for laser hair removal on another part of my body and they put that one on pause due to the pregnancy but stated that they wouldn't be able to continue the extension of my first contract after delivery. I argued that they agreed to extend it and that the extension should be paused. The response to that was " no because you've had ____ visits". I argued that the visits were not consistent with the recommendation they explained therefore causing the ineffective result and the receptionist responded with "you can always schedule a service in Houston".I figured that 6k contract was a lost cause at that point and they refused to do a partial refund. The second contract is still running and again with the phone calls about how I have to call the office to reschedule. Nobody ever answers the phone and the app doesn't show anything available for weeks! Again, wasted money. Don't listen to the radio ads this place is out to rip you off. read more

The process only work if you keep to a certain schedule which is impossible when you CANNOT get an appointment for several months. Naturally they won't refund or even extend the time you have to get the treatments. What was supposed to be 16 appointments in 18 months is so far just two in SEVEN months. They don't have me signed up for text or email notifications, I show up to the appointment I had called and scheduled on the right day/and 15 minutes before. They cancelled my appointment!!! No call, no text, no email. I didn't get a reminder text or email, to confirm to...so they automatically cancelled it, without my knowledge. And no phone call. I show up, they say it was cancelled and we can't help you today. It some of the worst service/hospitality/reception I've ever heard of/experienced. They auto cancel appointments without giving you any warning or at least a phone call so you don't drive 25 minutes out of your way to get told to go home. Horrible horrible horrible. read more

As my experience at Ideal Image is for full Brazilian laser hair removal, this review may have some more explicit terms. Viewer discretion is advised. In the interest of full disclosure, I'm the ideal candidate for laser hair removal. I have a fair complexion, black hair, and in spite of a seeming lifetime of shaving; my body hair remains fine, not course. Not that I would expect any people to have discoloration in the nether regions, but owning in part to a Euro-Korean genetic mix, and a childhood mantra of sunscreen utilization, I'm not prone to sunburn or freckling. This means I need less energy and fewer treatments to kill the stem cell around the hair follicle than perhaps other readers, and others' results may not mirror my own. All that being said, I'm now about 8 weeks since my first treatment. I did underarms and full Brazilian (yes even there... and that other place). The procedure was fast and other than some discomfort at the last half of my underarms, painless. It was only painless because I demanded the numbing gel, which I had to have compounded at a special pharmacy (e.g. it's not cheap)-- and it can have side effects if overapplied, so use as directed. That being said, the numbing creme is worth the investment. I can only imagine the magnification of pain from zapping my most delicate region given the jawgripping 20 seconds of my underarms. Pretty terrible experience with this business. As others note below, it has been incredibly difficult to schedule services at the location. I get it, though, as they are not fully staffed due to COVID. The technicians are great, but the business side of the house is engaging in bad faith dealings and scheduling practices. My personal experience; In March, 2020 I contracted and prepaid for laser hair removal and Kybella. I received my first treatment prior to COVID lockdowns. Post lockdown, I tried to schedule once they reopened. Literally months went by trying to call to schedule, and would reach bookers who could not find spots for months in advance. On more than one occasion, the person answering calls indicated that they would work on finding time for the appointments where I could book follow up appointments within the time frame required to deliver an effective treatment. It is worth noting here that both the sales office and technicians stressed the need to provide treatments within a specific number of weeks to benefit. I finally was able to resume services on November 18, 2020 for hair removal only as there were no available appointments for injectables. While in the office that day, I booked hair removal for 1/27/21 and Kybella for 1/28. The hair removal appointment was already at the long end of the scheduling recommendation, but figured it was still within the recommendations, so I booked. On Friday at 2:01 pm, I received a text request to confirm my appointment. I received another text message on Sunday to confirm. On Monday morning at 8:01 am, I was informed via text message indicating that my hair removal appointment was cancelled, as I had not responded to the text message. I called the location to understand why this was cancelled, and also to reschedule my Kybella appointment due to a new work conflict. I was informed that Ideal Image cancels appointments if confirmation is not received a full 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment as they have a lot of no shows. I'm attaching screenshots of the confirmation text to be clear that at no point was the 48 hour issue communicated. Additionally, my appointment was scheduled for noon on Wednesday, and my appointment was cancelled by the business 52 hours prior to my schedule appointment, which is not even in line with the 48 hour policy. I then asked to reschedule my appointment for hair removal to the next available date, which was not until end of February, far outside of the range recommended for time between sessions. To recap, a business that I have paid thousands of dollars in advance to render a service cancelled my appointment due to an uncommunicated 48 confirmation practice prior to the 48 hour window ending. The solution offered was to reschedule to a time that was likely produce substandard results. Further, the reason this (again not communicated) policy exists is because other people have not shown up for their appointments. It seems like it would be in my interest to either show up or reschedule an appointment that I paid for fully, or to accept the consequence of a no show. Based on the behavior of others, I was penalized in a way that basically renders treatments that I have fully paid for less effective. But wait, there is more! In my conversation with the scheduler, I mentioned how frustrating this is, for the reasons noted above. I also indicated that my preference would be to receive a refund of unused services. The scheduler's response was to say she would have customer service call me back, but noted that they were going to tell me that refunds won't happen since I signed a contract. She then responded to my questions about timing by saying, I kid you not, "you are the one cancelling the appointment for Kybella. What, did you not know you had a conflict that day?" This Kybella appointment was in no way related to the hair removal being rescheduled, and I was cancelling three business days in advance to allow them to schedule over space. Let me start with the cleanliness of this place first. The guest bathroom was in bad shape. There was paper everywhere, full trash can, water everywhere around the sink and paper towel on the sink. Secondly, my appointment was at 2:40 for cool sculpting, And they recommended to arrive 10 min earlier for the first time guests. Which I definitely did. I had to wait another 30 min to get in. The room was ok clean. The problem was that their cool sculpting machine was not working. My technician said it's the suction cap and not the machine. So she tried L size one it was too big, then M size one still too big, and S size was in use by other patient. So since I was only doing lower abdominal for this session she suggests to do just one side for now. And reschedule the other side of lower abdomen for the next time. Are serious was my question to her, so you want me walking around with one side fat sucked out and other side still fat. I refused to do that. Their scheduling is the mess. This whole place is poorly managed and they don't even have a manager at the location. When I first made and inquire about their services I was sold the services by a con artist sales person. Who literally conned me into this. My abdomen and inner thighs was $5300 and I went through financing option since I didn't wanted to pay everything at once and my good credit allowed me to get 0% financing. So I decided why not. However, I told the this sales person that I wanted to do the procedure asap. I asked about the availability and she said that she cannot see the schedule until I purchased the service first. She said it will violate HIPPO agreement to access into patients names and procedures they getting. Which total bs. I was like sounds fishy but ok. I purchased the services was approved right away even for higher amount loan. And this con sales person tells me the first available appointment in November 17, 2022. This business is fraudulent. I had signed up for a free consultation during covid pandemic. During the call, LIza told me that the entire consultation would be free and I can change my mind at any point for a refund strictly due to the fact it was a video consultation and not an in person consultation to even see if the treatments would work for my hair color. She quickly told me to check my email to sign some paperwork for the consultation and that I would be called by Ideal Image as soon as they got the ok to reopen. I am getting bill for over 3k when it wasn't rendered. Since your sales person pushed for the others services, then pushed for the loan credit that must be signed. I didn't received the services and We both not at fault for shutdown due to COVID-19 since March 12 2020 but can't keep sending me a bill. I would NOT recommend using this company for any service. Their sales techniques are great at getting you to buy packages of services however getting an appointment is close to impossible. I had an appointment for BBL that was cancelled the day before because the machine "was down." The email I received telling me this said that someone would reach out to me to reschedule once the machine was fixed, that never happened. I started calling them and leaving messages and by the time I actually spoke to someone they said my BBL service had expired. I've had the worst experience with this company. Similar to what other reviewers have said, I feel like I've had THOUSANDS of dollars stolen from me. I originally signed up for a laser hair removal package back in May of 2020 where I was mislead by the sales team on what was included and the terms/conditions. It would take months to get an appointment and after a few sessions I was notified that my contract was up and I would have to start paying for my services... my hair was still obviously growing back and I still had over a years' worth of payments left to make to Ally lending. I called so many times and for months several different people said that they were looking into and eventually they gave me 1 free session so that I'd stop bugging them. During this period I had also tried Botox for the first time and got good results. I recently decided to purchase some more and spent over $500. I considerably regret my decision to give them another chance because the last time I went in to get some Botox it didn't work... it was a new nurse so maybe she wasn't experienced enough, but it honestly looks like i never got them. I went to get my forehead and 11's done with 30 units (I'm very petite so this should be plenty). I've called 3x and even went up to the location to let them know I needed a touch up. Of course the person at the front said "the nurse will call you first thing in the morning" and I never heard back. I'm so sick of this place stealing people's money and lying about the services they'll receive. Look at all these reviews from other people saying similar things.... As miserable as the laser hair removal procedure is, the ladies here are so nice it makes up for it! Pauline was my nurse today and she was SO nice! She kept the conversation going to distract me from the most painfully excruciating quest to destroy my lower leg hair. She was also quick and effective, which helps tremendously, especially since I lost my numbing cream while moving here from Atlanta. I also mentioned my disappointment with the lack of hair decrease I've noticed, so she told me to allow plenty of time next appointment and we will try a double treatment! SO helpful! No one ever mentioned that option before! Natalie made the transition from Atlanta to Austin locations as smooth as possible and was so sweet and such a big help, especially compared to the uncooperative lack of communication from my previous location in Atlanta. ANYWAYS! I don't remember the name of the girl who checked me in, but she was super friendly and awesome. Rose checked me out and was such an upbeat burst of friendly energy! LOVE this location and highly recommend them! ***UPDATE: I am DEVASTATED Pauline transferred locations because she is the sweetest. But, everyone here is amazing, so I'm still in great hands. Can't believe I signed up for this garbage. I was running behind and called ahead and the front desk assured me I'd be fine so long as I got there within 15 minutes of the appointment. Upon arrival within that time window, the woman at the desk was all too happy to let me know I wouldn't be treated today because I hadn't gotten there 10 minutes early to "meet with the nurse practitioner." This policy was never conveyed to me before. The meeting with the practitioner was literally a 2-minute Zoom call on an iPad with a woman who wasn't even in the building. I understand I was late, but it's ridiculous that they canceled my appointment because that Zoom call would take too long even though it only took two minutes. I called Ideal Image's customer service and they told me this is not their policy and they don't understand why I was turned away. On top of this, the location was super sketchy and the fact that you meet with the NP on an iPad and she's not even present is just flat out weird. Would not recommend this. Do not bother going here - their customer service stops after they sell you a service. This issue occurred at the South Austin location. My fillers were done wrong - it came out asymmetrical with two hard lumps of filler where it was injected too far back on my lower lip and causing a large lump, leading to my having to pay for my fillers to be dissolved somewhere else. Business is not refunding me and has not followed up since my last call to get help on 4/26, after multiple appointment cancellations on their end. Starting at the beginning, I purchased two syringes of Juvederm from the Ideal Image South location in January. They are very responsive when they want to sell you a service but their customer service ends after your credit card is run. I had my first filler appointment 2/22/2020 - the nurse practitioner did my fillers, and afterwards the receptionist said they couldn't book my needed follow up appointment at the time and they would call me to follow up. After the swelling began to go down over 24 hours I noticed one side was asymmetrical and there was a bump on the upper left side of my upper lip, and a bubble close to the right corner of my lower lip. I then called the south location twice, asking to see someone asap to have this looked at. I had asymmetrical filler on my face and it was noticeable and I had the receptionist dismiss me both times before, on the third call, letting me know there was walk in availability that day and I could come in. The nurse at that point said that the filler had set and I just needed to "allow time for it to settle." Later after visiting a dermatologist I was told they put the filler too far back in my lower lip, causing the hardened bubble of filler. On my lower lip - my injector from Ideal Image had injected the Juvederm too close to the surface of my lip, causing the bubble. I had to call Ideal image too more times to ask the receptionist to schedule me for the second appointment to have the second syringe that I paid for injected. It was scheduled for the week of 3/19 - at this point the state and city had issued a stay at home order due to COVID. That appointment had to be cancelled - but there was ZERO customer service follow up from the company. The phone lines did not direct to anyone who could assist in person. I was only able to schedule a virtual consult online - they continued to push selling their products and future service bookings and again, were very responsive when it came to an appointment to take more money. ON this virtual consultation, 3/24, I was given a run around explanation on the cancellations they had due to closing. But I was sold an additional syringe of Juvederm under the premise that I would receive " priority scheduling" when they were able to open back up. I was later tentatively scheduled for an appointment on 5/28 to have my second round of fillers. The day of that appointment, I had taken off work, and arrived at my appointment to be told that my appointment had been cancelled. I had not received any notification that the company was not allowing filler appointments where a face mask could not be worn. I was just left standing outside of a locked facility door while the same snitty receptionist gave me a flippant " sorry" explanation that it was company policy and I would have to talk to the location manager but she would not/ could not transfer me to them and they were still working from home. Three phone calls and emails later to the manager and corporate office and I finally got helped, and assured I would be given priority scheduling again. I was then scheduled for an appointment 6/26, confirmed that appointment 48 hours prior and then 24 hours before that appointment got a call from the same snitty receptionist who said my appointment had to be cancelled and that it was my responsibility to follow up with the manager to ask for a refund. Again, I emailed both the south Austin and area manager Tiffany and Sidra, and called the corporate line twice before getting a call from Sidra. I had to ask there twice to respond to my email. When she did call me she gave me the run around and said I would have to wait for another person higher up to call me about a refund request and it was something she could not do for me. Even though I was told by the receptionist and customer service representative that Sidra was the person who would follow up with me to approve a refund. It has now been four days and I have heard nothing - they are not able to honor the service that they have had no problem charging my credit card for and due to the situation I have asked to be fully refunded. They are claiming the latest two cancellations 5/28 and 6/24, due to a "state mandate" but it is not accurate information - I have talked to 4 different businesses who've legally been doing lip filler since May. I just recently signed up for the CoolSculpting treatment. I have not been to an appointment yet, but I want to say that, Christine Morande is excellent! She provided me with a zoom consultation to acknowledge the areas that I wanted treated. She was very professional and personable. Christine made me feel like a part of the family and not just a customer. We were trying to set a date for my treatment on the days I would be available. This was the frustrating part because everything was so far out. Christine stayed in good spirits, and kept a positive attitude, she advised me to get something scheduled on the books and she would work on finding a sooner appointment than the original date. So, I decided to try out Ideal Image because my friend has work done there. I have a regular doctor that does my Botox, but decided to try them out. When I signed up, I bit confused about a package that how on special and end up paying for it ($250) and realized afterward that I wasn't going to use any of the things the package comes with. After getting the Botox done, but I decided I had just rather stick with my regular doctor and I didn't plan on going back. I asked them about getting a refund since I hadn't used any of them and wasn't planning to ever. That refused to refund the amount. I'm a bit surprised that even though I signed a contract and wasn't going to use any of the package, partly because I didn't realize that it had nothing to do with what I wanted to be done on me and the other half I'm not planning to go back. They are friendly in there, but I definitely won't recommend anyone going to them if they refuse to refund something that you are not going to use. It reminded me of the Time-Share meeting i went to in Las Vegas last year but WORSE. She pulls out a calculator and chart and says things like "OK...so the back is $10,000, but 50% off today so thats $5000. The shoulders are $3,000 but we'll throw those in there..." Etc etc, and the total came out to $7,700!! I was like, are you kidding me? Every other place in town is between 1 and 2 thousand for several treatments. No refunds or reimbursements. Even after my 1st session, I was in razor free bliss for a good 2 weeks before having to shave again, and even so, the hair is much finer! There hasn't been many reviews on Laser hair removal so I am adding my thoughts as to why I chose Ideal Image, since I did visit a few other establishments before deciding. 1) I won't lie, laser hair removal is expensive, but in my mind it's worth it. The best time to purchase a package is when they are doing their annual sale. I'm not talking about those "Buy one area, get the 2nd area half off" sort of deals..I'm not even sure if they still do this, but if they do, it happens once in a blue moon so take advantage of it! I got 30% off the total cost of a package, which was a good chunk of change. 2) You will have to go through a 30 minute consultation, but it's a consultation to make sure you are well informed. You watch a short cheesy little video, learn about the different laser types, talk about your skin and hair color type, and go over the prices. I didn't feel like they were being sales pitchy, nor did I feel pressured. In fact I didn't decide to purchase anything until about 6 months later. I left them my email address and that is how I found out about the 30% off deal (they don't advertise all of their sales publicly, so leaving an email address for promotions was actually a good thing this time around) 3. They used registered nurses to give the treatments, not astheticians, like most places do. In my mind, this seems safer. To me it qualifies as a medical visit. You are indeed zapping yourself! 4. They only sell services in packages. Each package is 9 sessions, which will take about a year commitment. From what I understand, no laser hair removal is 100%. It may be 95% or 99.9% or even less, but you need all 9 sessions to make sure the majority of the hair is gone, because hair grows in cycles. Most places will charge you per session, no commitment to a package. You may think you only need 4 or 5 sessions and keep costs low, but in reality you are going to most likely end up needing at least 8 visits. Everyone is different! 5. Not that this applies to all, but Ideal Image has been around for awhile with many other locations, so if you felt the need, you can go to other locations for a session. With a package lasting a year, it's worth noting that you want to make sure your laser hair removal establishment is still going to be in business 12 months down the road. 6. After you complete your 9 sessions, there is still a follow up plan afterwards. I forget what my contract states exactly, but they do offer a capped low rate of something like $1 or less per zap for any touch ups needed. The only thing that I felt misled by is the actual pain level of the laser. Holy shitballs, it hurt the first time around. Rubber band flick, my ass. Try electric shock + burning sensation at the same time. Then again, this pain tolerance of course varies for everyone, plus the underarm area is more sensitive! They do offer a numbing cream option prior to the treatment, so now I come armed with it and slather it on like there's no tomorrow. All is good now. All in all, the experience so far has been positive. I can schedule, cancel, reschedule appointments easily, the staff has been pleasant, my visits don't last longer than 15 minutes, and the nurses are great. What's more is that I don't have to deal with shaving everyday and it is awesome and so WORTH IT. read more

How can I put into words the unbelievable feeling of joy and relief that I am feeling?! Since I was 9 years old I have been the not so proud owner of a full beard. I'm not talking about the cute and soft peach fuzz kind of facial hair that "normal" girls grow up with. OH NO, I'm talking about a 5 o'clock shadow that would put George Michael in the 1980's to shame! The kind of hair that is so dark and coarse that it required three layers of makeup, a pair of tweezers and a razor in my pocket or purse at all times kind of hair. As I was growing up my Mother took me to countless doctors and specialists to test my hormones and wouldn't you know it...they all said I was "normal". Heredity is a strange and wondrous thing. It makes us who we are and I am grateful to have such wild and free genes but seriously?! I'm a girl! I should have sun kissed, smooth, touchable skin!!! What happened? WHY ME?! The long hard road of going from a child with a beard to a young adult with a beard was horrifying. Bullying was just a way of life. Not wanting to go to sleep overs or camp or anywhere that would put me in the position to have to hide my shaving kit and wake up super early to beat anyone else to the bathroom to get rid of the evidence made for a depressing and lonely adolescence. The fantasy of boy meets girl, said boy reaches up to touch said girls face for their first kiss never happened for me. It actually took until I met my husband, 8 years ago, for a member of the opposite sex to even want to touch my face. Up until we met and started dating, me and closely romantic relationships were far from what you see in the movies. Walking around with the feeling that everyone was staring at me because I had better facial hair than their boyfriend was incredibly demeaning. Having to put on Glamour Shots style makeup every time I wanted to go out of the house was exhausting and it only made my beard's shadow worse. Enter the Infomercial! When I was old enough to stay up late and started seeing all of the wax, hot wax, cold wax, no-wax wax products out there that promised me 'you'll never have to shave again!', I was like a kid in a candy store! I would beg and plead my Mom to send in 5 easy payments of $19.95 every chance I got for every product I saw. (God bless her for putting up with me) I remember how excited I would get when I had saved up enough money to send out for the answer to all my prayers. The package would come, we would read the instructions, follow them exactly and count the minutes until it was time to either, strip away, wipe away or melt away my personal hell and every time, those stubborn hairs would still be there. It was like they were standing at attention laughing at me for another failed attempt at trying to get rid of them. I'm not sure what hurt more, realizing that those beautiful women on tv who told me they knew what I was going through and that they had what I was looking for to make it all go away forever was a lie or that I believed them. Fast forward to two years ago when my husband's job relocated us to Austin, TX. Well into my 30's, I had already waved the white flag on the war against my beard a long, long time ago or so I thought. I was driving to work and I had started listening to a local morning talk show. Every day around the same time one of the on air personalities would talk about a laser hair removal place that could, once again, make the days of having unwanted hair a thing of the past. Hearing this day in and day out I started to think maybe going for a free consultation wouldn't be so bad...at least I didn't have to save up and spend any more money on another lie right? I was at a stop light and the advertisement came on and I put the number in my phone. BEST THING I'VE EVER DONE! I called Ideal Image on a Wednesday, I went in for my free consultation that Saturday and I walked out having had my first treatment the same day! Weeks after the initial visit I kept thinking, there is no way this is working! No way that after 23 years of living with the pain and suffering of my unwanted facial hair from hell, that it's this easy! Well, It's not a lie, it works and yes, it's that easy! I am beyond words excited and overcome with emotion to officially say that I have thrown my shaving cream and razors away FOREVER!!! I am finally, at 37 years old, free to wake up, wash my face, and go about my day like a "normal" girl. I have waited for the day that my life was my own and not ruled by a BiC for as long as I can remember and I am eternally grateful! I was a little concerned about these reviews but when I received my consultation and first treatment I was completely satisfied. Before going in, I received information from another Spa who is way less expensive; however, they didn't explain treatments or provide a lifetime contract in case my hormones go wild. I decided to take my chances with Ideal Image because I feel the sales person was very upfront with me and I am the type of person who thinks "you get what you pay for". I like salesperson(s) ensuring that customers are informed and have a feeling they work off commission. Some might say you shouldn't have to negotiate for cosmetic treatments but behind the scenes, that's what it's all about. I went in for a treatment the very next day. The procedure was a bit painful but they explained I can purchase numbing cream for the next treatment. They also explained that I will not see a change until three-four weeks - I saw the change in 3 weeks. The treatment totally worked. I still have several more but thus far, I'm looking and feeling great! Can't wait to finish the treatments. Giving them a 4 until I'm done but for now, I'm super happy. Incompetent service, system and staffer. I've been a lifetime member for 5 years, and working with this company has gone from delightful to disaster. For the $4870 I paid, I received 9 treatments over 2 years and the ability for lifetime treatments at a discounted rate. The hair has grown back thinner, but even after 5 years has never gone away. The north/south stores aren't linked in their system, each location is treated as a clinic instead of the same company so you can't go to the most convenient location without an exhausting process. I'm only in town for 4 days this year and really needed a touch up, but between their schedule and this process it won't work this trip home. I wanted to know what compensation someone like me gets when the expensive lifetime membership does me no good because I live abroad now. Jessica, the receptionist at the south office, answered by saying, "I guess we would all just part ways at that point." Ideal Image doesn't part ways with a member - for a lifetime - unless there is compensation. She grabbed my file to tell me the breakdown of my treatments, but it wasn't even my chart. I wish I could say it was the first time they'd gotten my name or treatment locations wrong, but it's been commonplace for both locations to be lackadaisical about it. What can I say. Started with Ideal Image in another city. Transferred to the Brodie location over a year ago & LOVE the staff. Very professional, but feels like a family. The nurses are so thorough & informative. They are constantly ensuring I follow the necessary steps to get results. When I first started I was not seeing reduction. They told to me stay out of the sun because the "laser likes the color". Finally my hair started falling out! It has been awesome!! My hair has not come back (have done my upper lip, underarms & bikini). Has been a year since my last treatment. Still have my lifetime membership if I need touchups. Laser hair removal is not the most fun feeling, but still beats shaving or waxing IMO. May not be the least expensive either, but it worked for me & was worth it!! IF you want to get results, do what they tell you. These peeps KNOW what they are doing. Wish the location was a little closer to downtown. But otherwise, I love no more hair!! read more

One star because there is no Zero. Do yourself a favor and do a search on the Better Business Bureau before scheduling an assessment and signing any papers. This business model is the most deceptive and unprofessional there is for a so called medical procedure. They will get you to sign a loan, they get paid for services not rendered and you will have to wait months to get a appointment. My medical and financial situation changed while waiting and I already paying for a loan, and when I called them to cancel, they are fighting me saying that is not refundable. I am undergoing laser removal and have found the treatment to be quite effective. After 5 treatments, the hair is almost completely gone. And the staff at the Brodie location is fantastic - helpful, friendly and professional. I enjoy visiting with them before and after each treatment. The medical staff (nurses) are especially good - highly professional and great at delivering the service. I will be honest - laser treatment is a bit painful and it is expensive, but well worth it. I think I've spent 5+ times more than the cost of laser over the years for other hair removal methods, - none of which permanently remove hair and are as uncomfortable as laser removal. I checked out other 'laser' removal systems - especially the ones that were offered to me non-medical professionals in salons and/or that did laser part time. I was always skeptical and am glad I ended up choosing a facility that has medical professionals overseeing the treatment. read more
