I visited Texas Laser Academy to have my legs and underarms lasered. The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

This location is in sunset valley in a shared working space, but the room itself is very private and comfortable. I last saw Britney and she was able to squeeze me in even after a scheduling error on my part. Quick, efficient, and always helpful. The results do truly vary - I've been doing laser hair removal for about 2 years now (at a place before this and now for almost a year at this location). It is not a magic solution after X number of sessions to be totally hairless, it does require continued follow up. However, the results at ALS were apparent right away compared to the last place I was going, so they do have good equipment and technicians! Would recommend considering for your lasering needs.

They never told me I couldn't bring me 5 year old girl after 7 months someone told I pay a baby sitter 100 dollars to watch her . They change appts on me when I made and paid someone to watch her till this day I never even told them that each time. Someone quits the change my appt it costs me but that wasn't. The problem. Their customer service is a lie the truth comes out when things actually how you treat your customers? They said Sarah is no longer with us I said I " m I going to be seeing that mean lady again. They next thing I knew got this long email we terminating your relationship with us. I was like in the middle of my treatments ? I called them no answer nothing . I had questions about my refund which is not the point it's the ethics about what you say and what your business does. It seems like the owner has made enough money and when she is in a bad mood she just takes it out on the clients . Lost an employee lets fire the client because the client has no rights to ask if I am going to be seen by a dirty person who rushed me didn't get the areas covered that I paid for wasn't trained because I knew which areas are covered. It's like you go to eye surgery they take the wrong eye ball out? It's. It's a joke. They are nice and fake but when real situations hit they don't know how to handle it so the easiest thing is fire you and no businesses ethics I am sure they will change the name of the business soon because it's going down hill. They can't keep good employees if you don't treat your employees right just like Walmart you are replaceable well we are not at walmart . This is our face body and we have rights as patients but not here they own they can do what ever they wasn't to . So I would never recommend it. Because I don't like changing jumping bed to bed and my face and body means a lot to me and for them to just act based on emotions and them having a bad day is sickening. I am actually glad now that they fired me because I found a better place.. Just firing over nothing ruins your entire investment because your treatments are stopped without notice and to find an other place all that it's just a bad experience. I had written one before and the owner asked me to take it down but look what happened so it wasn't their first time of blunder. Don't go there they are unpredictable

They were either over priced, fluffy (not results driven), or a combination of both. I got a Brazilian 5 months pregnant (funnn) and it was actually the least painful I've ever gotten. And that's crazy with how sensitive your skin gets pregnant. I've also had hormonal acne, dull skin, and clogged pores, and seeing her did a complete reset on my skin -- truly. She took the time to do all the extractions to really start clean, and the difference in texture is crazy. I'm a lifer now! Can't wait to see her next. Thank you, Tracy!

I had the absolute worst experience with Nurse Janelle and the staff at Rejuvenate Austin. I…read morerecently moved to Austin and was looking for a new injector, so I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Nurse Janelle injected my Botox, and I was left with severe bruising from Botox alone (no filler) and in my crows feet area. The bruising was so bad that people were constantly asking me for the following two weeks if someone had punched me in the face. After calling the clinic multiple times to complain and voice my concerns, I eventually received a phone call from the owner, Dr. Jessica Wright. During our conversation, Dr. Wright told me that this level of bruising was normal for them and that it happens to Botox patients 2-3 times per quarter at Rejuvenate Austin. I have been getting Botox for over five years and have never experienced bruising this severe. I found the entire experience extremely disappointing, particularly the way my concerns were handled afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new injector. I will not be returning, and I hope the photos I have attached help others make an informed decision before booking an appointment.

As an established patient, it is very difficult to get a medical appointment with Dr. Gordon. I…read moredon't do cosmetic appointments, so maybe the wait time is shorter for those, but for medical, it is like a year wait. When did this become such an issue? When did patients needing medical care become unimportant; why are we dehumanizing needs of patients? Somehow going to the doctor has become a profit driven 15-minute visit scheduling problem. It's a moral one. It reflects a system that values documentation over dialogue, billing over bonding, and efficiency over empathy. It's the quiet erosion of what medicine used to be: a conversation between people who trusted each other. If we want to restore that trust, we have to reclaim time, not from patients but for them. We have to re-humanize care by giving space to the parts that don't fit in a drop-down menu. Sense of impatience, the hurry, and the sense that the doctor is listening but not hearing. Being told "We'll have to schedule another visit." "I'll only bring up one issue today." Nobody cares anymore about the patient. Did you go to medical school to help people or to help the broken system? Because when we finally stop pretending that 15 minutes is enough, we might rediscover what those minutes were supposed to mean.

It's addicting, I think I may just laser all of my lower region. It feels awesome to just feel clean of hair down there. I legit would do more of my body like arms but my arms are both fully tattooed so I can't. ( Maybe in the future lol) EMILIE IS SO PROFESSIONAL! If you can book with Emilie you 100% should. I originally was uncomfortable with the idea of someone using a laser on my lower area but after working with her for a bit she has made me feel so comfortable I started to move forward with the areas I was nervous about. RESULTS ARE SO GOOD! The results I have seen have been honestly life changing. The confidence boost of not having hair on my back and butt has been so freeing. I don't have to feel nervous I forgot to shave. (I personally was embarrassed by those areas being hairy and it really bothered me) PAIN because I know people are curious. It's not that bad to be honest. An odd sensation is a good way of putting it. (I do have tattoos so results may vary) I can say this depending on the thickness of the are it can sting more and certain areas definitely can feel like oof but it's very quick and Emilie works with you the whole time and we typically talk about random things which is nice for just not focusing on the laser. 100% if you are on the fence with getting it done I would say do it. I was on the fence with doing it most of my life and I am so happy I did. Glad to finally leave this review after the amazing results and service I have received. They are definitely worth going to.
