I ordered shrimp fried rice, I got "chicken" fried rice instead I am sure by accident. The Chicken was not familiar, The meat looked bleached and had a swirl linear shape to it. When I notified the restaurant they said it was chicken however the meat did not resemble anything I have ever consumed in the past. I returned it and ordered the shrimp fried rice, When I arrived and attempted to talk to the cashier and show her the food, she was very rude and kept saying I busy, I busy. Yum, yum, yum. We order take out often, but we decided to dine in. We haven't done so since 2020. We arrived about 5:30 on a Sunday, it was us and one other table, but quickly filled up plus with the takeouts! Busy. Eating food in is so good, the shrimp tempura was so crispy and crunchy. I passed by this restaurant every time I got off I-295. Finally decided to give it a try. Ordered Hollywood Roll and Four Season (stir fried meat and veggie) for takeout. The owner was friendly and they do get many takeout orders. The sushi tasted good with shrimp tempura but the salmon on the outside was just okay. The Four Season was prepared with dark sauce and slightly on the salty side. However, the portion size is pretty good for the price. Will try other dishes next time. read more

My fiancé and I ordered take out from Idea Asian on a Saturday night. We ordered chicken with broccoli, which came with fried rice and an egg roll, as well as a California roll. They told us the wait was about 30 mins, which wasn't all too bad. Overall, the chicken and broccoli wasn't all that impressive. However, the California roll and egg roll were both very good. We plan on going back to try it again and eat there since it is a BYOB, but I would certainly try more of their sushi and dinner combo platters. read more

I tried... -Alaska Roll: Everything seemed fresh and there was a good rice-to-filling ratio. The avocado was perfectly ripe. -Tuna Trio Roll: This was really nice! It had spicy tuna inside (along with some crunchy bits which I assume were tempura flakes), and red and white tuna layered on the outisde. My friend enjoyed his sushi and egg roll as well. Idea Asian is the only Asian restaurant our family can eat now. Due to sesame allergies. Yes, they do use sesame in some things, but most of the stuff the person with the allergy used to order, doesn't have it. I get the Chicken Lo Mein everytime, so good!! Their sushi is also some of the best Sushi I've had! It's also only a 5-7 minute drives from our house, so that's a plus! Ordered take out person was fast and rude on phone. Got home and was missing half of order. I called back and person again rude and said you going to pick up? After yelling on phone multiple times that I would pick up because of so much noise in restaurant went back to get food. Mind you this is not around the corner so now my food is cold. They not only did not compensate for us having to come back to get the food and for their rudeness but as we ate our food, the salmon was way overcooked and the chicken wings were sawdust.
