I reached out to GunBroker when this person had not reached out to me but had decided that they were going to charge me the shipping fee plus a restocking fee on an item that I had never actually physically seen. When I bought the auction to begin with they had not communicated with me at all until they sent me some flippant message that they had canceled the order. That was confusion on my part because I touched the auto pay feature for Visa Mastercard but apparently you still need to call them and give them your credit card over the phone. This is also shady considering I don't know who's writing down my number I don't know how many people have my number. I now have to spend 2 hours on the phone with my bank and file a fraudulent purchase report because this person has not corresponded with me in over two weeks. When they did correspond with me the only thing they stated was that GunBroker had gotten a hold of them. Why should I have to come off of any money when it was a failure of the post office and the shipper to properly communicate to the purchaser what all was going on. they have essentially stolen money from me they have done nothing to earn the money they have taken from me and again I have yet to ever see a package a product not a hair nor a holler. Thieves. We support enough thieves when we pay our taxes I wouldn't go supporting thieves voluntarily.

I try to give my business to local shops even when prices are a bit higher. My frustration came from "ordering" specific items that I was told were in stock and would be available next on Tuesday (4days). The price was retail but worth it for the convenience. I returned to the store 14 days later figuring that the order had plenty of time to arrive. That is when I learned that the order was never placed. This left me 7 days to find online and get shipped. No reason why, just a "good luck" as I left the shop. I found what I needed on-line with free shipping for 20% less AND it arrived early in time for Christmas. I know that the folks at Undercover are trying, but they need to get organized if they want to build a loyal customer base.
