On top of that the people that actually work in the building are rude too. Instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience, they get defensive and passive aggressive. They live up to the expectation of useless jerk government employees not giving a crap about their jobs and just going through the bare minimum motions for the benefits. You people are a joke! I would never have you deliver my mail if it could be avoided. Worst delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with!

This Post Office makes me frustrated. After moving back to the Colbert area from California, this…read moreis our nearest Post Office. We bought a house with a gate at the entrance which enters to a large circle drive, which has caused all sorts of problems with regards to USPS. We have a gate code for deliveries so the drivers can deliver our package to our porch (Which UPS and FedEX both have no problem with and deliver often). When I approached the Colbert Post Office gentleman, I was told USPS could not accept the gate code and would not enter the property. On top of that, we have a door bell below the keypad to ring the house. Once again the gentleman told me that the driver would not pull into the driveway entrance because if we are not home, it apparently is against their policy to backup their trucks....which I find ridiculous since they ALL back up their truck at the end of the day in the post office lot!!!! We order a lot from Amazon and get deliveries from all of the deliver companies regarding those packages. If I had a choice, I would never have our local USPS deliver anything. They do not try to accommodate the delivery of our packages.

Four computers dedicated to kids, but not nearly enough for peak times. After school the kids stack 2-3 deep waiting for a turn. There are four little study nooks with power outlets, and plenty of other seating and tables. The whole back wall is glass and they did a beautiful job. Open concept favors safety and security but sacrifices volume as the noise tends to bounce everywhere. Overall a huge improvement but easily strained by the volume of users during peak times.

The day previously, I also had another positive interaction with a different librarian who ensured it was possible for me to conduct the interview. Very pleased with my interactions.

I stopped in because my sister LOVES Bing, and I ended up learning a lot about him myself. It's a quick stop since only the main floor is available to see. I'm glad I stopped in since it was near my hotel and on the campus and I wanted to stop in the Zags store for a T-shirt as well. Everything is very close together, which was nice.
