As with any birthday party, it feels chaotic, but Ben and his associate kept the girls engaged and interested in a combination of free brick play and structured activities appropriate for the girls' age. Not every child is going to pay attention of course, but the majority of them did and it was gratifying to see them play on something constructive that isn't the usual birthday party activity. (Note: They do not have many "Friends" bricks or any pastel colored ones, but this wasn't an issue for the girls at all, or for us as parents, since it reinforced that there's no limit to imagination or building.) (And for the record, these were normal children, who have a range of interests and have done princess parties, sports, Super Franks, Pump it Up, wildlife museums, etc.)
