The monogramming came back of centered and slanted and they monogrammed the name upside down. They refunded me the money after I went back and forth for a while with an employee I got my money back in bills and quarters $33 not out of them acknowledging their mistake but me fighting for my child's ruined items. Not only that the prices are high for a custom printing company and boutique. I tried to order hats at a lower wholesale price and even after mentioning I'd order multiple in high quantity, they still wouldn't lower their rates to what was basically retail price ($23 each)
