They have been helpful in choosing the right products and offering options to fit what I am looking for without pushing any particular items on me. The art folks check and double-check to make sure the design is right and that it looks the way I intended it to look. If something doesn't look the best, they will work to tweak the design so it presents in the best way possible. Recently, they did about a half dozen different stitch-out options of a design because we kept feeling like it could look better. They worked until it was right. One woman in particular(heavy set with long graying hair) was the closet to me and I KNOW she saw me but did not extend out any sort of welcome or appreciation for my business.
