Midtown Toronto I had two dentists from Hamilton Dental Clinic that completely ruined my third…read moremolar filling. Unfortunately, pieces of my filling fell out the very next day, as I was water flossing. Subsequently, the bottom part of my third molar was totally exposed. After two attempts (at the Hamilton Clinic), trying to rectify my tooth filling issue, I was still in pain for 19 days. I knew, then, that I had to see my previous dentist, Dr. Stephanie Brown. I first met Dr. Stephanie 10 years ago in Toronto and believed she was the only one who who would be able to fix the poor work done by the dentists at the above mentioned Dental Clinic. I remembered how professional, honest, trustworthy, and kind she was. Since I last was treated by her, I have moved quite a distance away from her (80 plus kilometers). Despite the distance, it was the best decision I made to return to her. Finally, on Jan 9, 2024, I went back to see Dr. Stephanie Brown. Like an angel, she managed to finally reverse the mess that the Hamilton Clinic doctors made of my mouth fillings. At last, AT LAST, the pain is gone - like magic. To whomever is reading this review, you are the luckiest person to have Dr. Stephanie Brown as your dentist. You will be immensely blessed with her knowledge, expertise, and honesty. Thank Dr. Stephanie. . . . My One And Only Magical Tooth Fairy!

Jennifer provides the best service out of everyone! She uses the highest quality products that last for 3 weeks until a refill. (I had gone to "Mink" and other places and theirs fell out after 1 week due to sub-par workmanship). She layers the false lashes in beautifully, so that they look natural and not scare/fake..even if you want extra long ones for a special event. Her prices are very competitive and she is the utmost professional. She always worked with MY schedule & even squeezed me in last minute when I had to go to an out of town wedding. I can't tell you how happy I was after every visit to her. Trying anyone else besides her is a waste of time and money. End of story.

At an affordable rate too? Y'all are getting RIPPED off going elsewhere. I get RF microneedling because I struggled with acne scars for YEARS (we go way back to 2016!!) - I pay $150 or a bit more?? I can't talk about other procedures but my sister does IPL (intense pulse light) and she loves it there too. DO NOT GO HERE by any means unless you want your money stolen from you!…read more I was scammed and was continuously lied to about pricing!! I had initially called a few months ago to inquire about full body laser hair removal pricing. I was told $200. I went, had an okay experience, was then told theres a "promotion" of 6 sessions for 1500. I told them I couldn't pay up front and then we agreed that I would pay 250 a session, and I would pay a 50$ deposit for the next session. I paid: $300 for my second session $300 for my third session $300 for my fourth session This means I should have $150 credit towards my last session. At my last session, I was told that the price was actually $300 a session and that I had only a $50 credit. THIS IS FALSE. She tried to scam me. She told me she would talk to the "managers" about seeing what they can do. I then asked to talk to them directly and she said that it was not possible (because they don't exist)... I got my friend to call and ask the price of full body laser and she was told $180. I called and told her that my friend called ,and she told me that $180 was a promotion price. This lady is pulling prices out of nowhere and is giving low prices initially then trying to get her customers to come and then confuse them throughout the treatment process. I will never be returning even though I overpaid $150.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!
