I have been going to this dentist office for 14 years and love it. I see Dr. Freedman and I can say it makes me feel good to have a dentist like him. I leave happy and usually laughing because of his great nature and humour. I highly recommend this office. read more

Came here for the first time for my second wisdom tooth extraction and my sister came for hers as well. . My tooth socket is healing perfectly. . Not my sisters though.. and we both have savere swelling of the face from the doctor just jamming needles in our faces for repeated numbing... we've always had to have extra Cas it wears off quickly for us.. this was not our first extraction.. we have never swollen so much or been in this much pain... the nurse even refused my sister the meds the doctor told her she needed which left her pain running 3 weeks.. and one of the nerves attaching to my nostril was struck leaving it partially gimpy.. we will not be returning to this office.. To make things worse one of the front ladies tried to scare me off before the procedure saying she'd refuse me on the date of my appointment and argued wether or not I had coverage which she knew I did because she had my paperwork for the month before.. went outside and cried thinking I'd be stuck with a bad painful tooth.. won't ever go back! UPDATE: had no choice but to return.. Got lock jaw because the dentist who did my tooth surgery removed my tooth while my mouth was infected pretty badly. .. a second dentist looked at my x rays which were taken before the surgery and said it could be seen right there... the first man to see me also said the same. My face puffed out really big inside and out.. the pain was so bad I had trouble breathing and seeing.. the pain began to go right through to the back of my head. I called and asked if they were equipped to deal with this issue.. they wouldn't give me an answer and just told me to come in.. The original nurse who was rude to me told me she was their head nurse and wouldn't even give me an ice pack because she didn't want to. And it was apparently her call.. when the new dentist said to give me one she said there were none. They gave me a prescription for antibiotics that quote "might work" depending on the infection. After taking one dose of these meds my face swelling trippled and so did my pain. They didn't care one bit.. I ended up having to go to the hospital for proper care. Thanks to the hospital the swelling is going down slowly. read more

dr bell top of the line guy. he's very kind and put thorough thought into what he does. he doesn't see people as a paycheque or just as a tooth. he sees them as a real person and is very empathetic. he did a filling for me today and i use to be with a different dentists there but from now on i'm going to him. the other people there a generally nice too. i don't see them often only once a year but very welcomiing read more

Dr. Bell is absolutely nothing but a butcher don't let him near your mouth. He pulled a tooth for me and totally butchered my gums, cannot eat on that side of my mouth now. To make matters worse charged an arm and a leg too. read more

My husband was diagnosed with ALS in June 2020. As a result, I have not been paying a lot of attention to other things going on around me. On February 8th of 2021 on my way home from Sunnybrook Hospital, I received a phone call from the dentist office to inform me (quite rudely) that I owed an outstanding balance from September 2020. I was surprised as I had been with them for years and our insurance had always been billed directly. When I was home, I checked my records and found out that I had indeed been paid by my insurance for not only a September appointment but also my appointment on February 6, 2021. I called the office the very next day and transferred the money owed. I asked how this could have happened and was informed that someone at their office had made the change in error. I was assured that it would be fixed. During my appointment on the 6th of February I mentioned that my husband had become non verbal so could they please put on his record to call me with any questions and not him. Assured that this would happen, but not sure after the billing mix up I reiterated on Monday February 8th during my phone conversation to call only me and not my husband since he was now non verbal. Again on Tuesday February 9th when I paid the outstanding bill, I asked them to check my instructions were posted in my husband's and my chart. I was assured everything was done. On Saturday, February 13, 2021 I received a statement of account that had been sent out on February 8, 2021 (the day they notified me about the billing issue) with a note threatening me with collections if I did not contact them immediately. On Thursday February 18, 2020, the office called my husband to reschedule his upcoming appointment. Since he could not talk to them (again NON VERBAL) he sent me a panic text to call the dental office. I decided to ask to speak with the office manager to get this all sorted once and for all. I questioned her about the collections threat I had received from them and she told me there was no way I received that from their office, I told her I could scan it and send it to her but she just kept repeating that they did not send anything to me...then I questioned her about why they were calling my husband when the records reflected that they should be calling me....she said due to privacy laws they couldn't talk to me. I asked her why no one had said that to me before and she just kept saying privacy laws! I advised her that I guess his appointment would not get rescheduled since he is NON VERBAL and all of a sudden privacy laws didn't matter and she was able to talk to me.....I advised her neither one of us would be returning to her office. read more

Honestly the Dr and assistant seemed nice, a few of the receptionists are meh... I had an appointment in August of 2016 they called my cell to verify with my fiance but when my sister called in regards to her appointment she asked to double check my date and time as she was driving me and they said my appointment was still unverified.. The doctor numbed my jaw and upon removing my tooth I started to feel the last bit of removal as well as the stitches when I told the dentist the assistant said that due to it being the last stitch their was no need to add more numbing. I clearly heard the Dr tell her to write me a prescription for both t3s and ibreprophen, i was only prescribed t3s and the pain just stopped 4 maybe 5 days ago.. I had a sever amount of pain in my cheek and my sisters stitches have already started to fall out on day 3. They prescribed her perks and ibrprophen when she specifically told them she wanted something lighter as she has a two yr old.. The perks made her sick and when she called to request lighter meds they seemed agitated.. I cancelled my second appointment and will not be returning.. If I could I would give a zero star rating..
