I am impressed with the consistency and professionalism of the practice throughout the years, especially even during the COVID pandemic. The office is busy on the weekends, but the staff is friendly and very organized. Consultations don't feel rushed, the surgeon makes sure you are very well informed of your assessment and lets you know exactly what to expect, so you can make well-informed decisions. Wisdom tooth removal appointment only took a few mins. I was in and out in 15 minutes! That includes signing the consent form, payment, setting up a follow-up appointment, and the whole wisdom tooth extraction procedure. Bottomline: a very smooth-sailing and fast and easy procedure. Because the surgeon is good and very knowledgeable, there were no complications in the procedure. I recommend Dr. Benjamin Li to anyone looking for a good oral surgeon. Oh, and they also call you a couple days later to check how you are doing, and to let you know you can always call if you have any questions or concerns. Review 86 of 100

Re: Zoom Teeth Whitening System…read more I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Sera (Certified Dental Assistant), Dr. Peter Ioannidis and the Broadview Dental team for the Zoom Teeth Whitening procedure I had done earlier this week. For a person who generally has anxiety about going to the dentist for any sort of procedure, both Sera and Dr. Peter not only exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, but more importantly patience, throughout the entire process. Sera diligently walked me through all the steps involved in the procedure as well as all the important steps to take after the teeth whitening was complete, which really put my mind at ease. Within the first 24 hours after leaving the clinic, Dr. Peter made a follow up call to see how I was doing and to give me additional suggestions of how I could keep my teeth whiter for years to come, which I really appreciated! The procedure itself, was painless, and after having it done, I can't understand why I didn't do it sooner. My teeth look amazing! To anyone who is thinking about having their teeth whitened, go directly to Broadview Dental Clinic and have it done. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much guys, for the brighter smile!!

Had my wisdom teeth removed here in the beginning. They took their time to explain and go over everything and made sure I was ok with it. They even contacted my insurance to get an estimate before they went ahead, so I knew how much I was going to pay. Even for doing some x-rays, your insurance may not cover it, but the receptionist made sure by calling them up before it was taken. Very good experienced and awesome staff. They always do a good job and never disappoint. They are located along 14th Ave. in a commercial area. Never hard to find parking. The place is cozy and nice. When you book an appointment they always call 3-4 days earlier to confirm. Almost never have to wait to be seen as well. PS. you also get a free toothbrush and floss after every cleaning!! Thank you guys!

Dr. Kumar is absolutely excellent and she is so friendly and professional. I was most surprised that she did the cleaning herself - I'm not sure if it's because it was my first visit or if she always does that. But if she always does that, I will be coming here forever (absolutely nothing against dental hygienists who are excellent but the fact that the dentist is so hands on gets insane brownie points there). I'm also extremely impressed with the staff who are so friendly and organized. Ladi got my insurance information completely ready before I even arrived and Jovita broke it down to me by showing it to me on a TV screen. It was legitimately the very first time I understood my dental policy and I'm so glad they explained it to me. They do not file your claims directly and you do have to pay up front first but they are able to put your claim through on your behalf and the turnover time for approval is very reasonable (~48 hours for me). Their modes of communication are also awesome because they're able to text and e-mail you if they can't get a hold of you through phone and they reply extremely quickly. Their follow-up was also impeccable and I even got a call the next day to let me know that they were in the process of following-up with my insurance and that they hadn't forgotten about me. Their prices were fair and they do offer payment plans in special cases for really big procedures. You can tell that this clinic really truly cares about their patients and Dr. Kumar is so personable. I haven't had a filling that has had to be done by her yet so I'm not able to evaluate how she is but all other aspects, she is absolutely excellent! I think I've truly found my dentist and I will be seeing Dr. Kumar from now on!
