The service is good but the billing needs improvement. The clinic keeps overbooking for services without checking if I still have a balance left on my insurance. I have paid $300 out of pocket already this year! When I asked about it the front desk staff told me that it's my responsibility to ask them to check if the procedure is still covered by my insurance. They have the billing records and contact with my insurance provider, so why pass the responsibility to me? I will have to find another clinic. read more

We came here because our autistic son was having issues at a number of other dentists we had tried. Every member of staff here are fantastic, right from the receptionists, to the dentists and hygienists. They are very patient with my son's questions and his need to understand everything they are doing in his mouth. Our appointments typically take longer than average, but that doesn't appear to be any problem to the staff here. They schedule an appropriate length of time, and we are never rushed out. The reception area is warm and friendly, with free coffee/tea and cookies, and a kids corner with a TV and Wii to keep kids entertained. We've been bringing our son here for several months now and cannot say enough about how happy we are with the service and treatment provided. read more

I had an expensive filling done, had to go back the following day for them to correct a problem with it, then the filling totally broke apart months later while I was chewing gum. Kim at reception merely offered the possibility of a 10% discount to fix the tooth. I am extremely dissatisfied with their quality of dentistry and customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
