Made an apointment with Lexi Harker at Liv Salon. She changed my appointment several times before…read moreactually seeing her. I was in her chair 4 hours. The color turned out fine but the hair extensions fell out the same day. She told me when I was in the chair that she spent the night before online trying to figure out how to do them. Very not happy customer. She new I was not happy while I was there. She said "I won't be offended if you don't have me do your extensions again" I paid her the full price. I messaged later telling her how I felt and how unhappy I was. I told her it wasn't fair I paid full price, told her I think it would be fair if she refunded me some of my money back not all of it. I know have to pay again to have them redone. This gal does weddings so brides be ware.. She does hair and make up. I would hate for this to happen on your special day.
