I hired these guys based on the fact that the company I usually hire jacked up their prices , so I wanted to shop around and they were cheaper.
The owner was nice and courteous. He showed up with his assistant. All the windows HE cleaned were done well , all the ones his assistant did were done very very poorly. The assistant also damaged my screens. Last , they skipped one window ( honest mistake).
I called the owner back a few times asking him to do the window he missed. He always is nice and says he will come and will call me back , it's been over a month since he first came and I am still waiting.
When he quoted the job he talked about customer satisfaction and that he would do a job again if required , I can't even get him to do the window he missed that I already paid him for!
In short , customer satisfaction does not seem to be their priority. I won't be calling him next year , I do not recommend this company. read more
