Very disappointed with the professionalism and service by this company. My condo building has used this service in the past and we were very pleased before. This year we arranged to have the windows washed for three condo buildings of 8 units each. The first appointment was not fulfilled and we were not notified beforehand. After speaking to Sergio, the excuse was the worker "froze" when he was on the ladder and was worried for his safety therefore could not do the job. Because I had worked with Wizard Windows before I agreed to reschedule. We were given another appointment one month later. The date came and the windows were not washed again. After calling Sergio again and asking for the reason, I was told there was a forecast of thundershowers therefore the work was not done. It did not rain until the afternoon even though the work was scheduled for the morning. I rescheduled again for one week later and once again the windows have not been washed. I have called the company and have emailed and have not heard anything from Sergio, it has been 4 days. I am very disappointed as this is very unprofessional. A lot of time has been put into coordinating with the other buildings three times. We will not be using this company again and I recommend future clients who are looking for a reliable and professional company to look elsewhere. read more
