They loaned me samples of shingle colours so I could make a choice that best matched my house. Super patient with me. Once I had made my decision, they arrived when they said they would and their team of installer were knowledgeable, professional, expert roof installers. They left zero mess behind when they were done. I have two dogs and it was super important that there not be any nails or shingles for the dogs to pick up. And three years of ice storms and high winds have not caused any shingles to fly away or any leaks. The roof is water-tight, beautiful, and just what I wanted. I absolutely recommend this company.

Service was prompt, professional, courteous and our bathroom looks great. Even better, no more mould. I can't comment on pricing as services will be billed to our landlord directly, but I would feel confident recommending this service to anyone. The review is a bit self-serving as I want to make sure to have a way of finding this contractor again should we ever have the means to buy our own home. I am also allergic to fragrance, so I noticed the name of this company and called to make sure I wouldn't have a reaction to their products. The owner Arman assured me that the products were organic and unscented so I was given a very reasonable quotation after sending some pics of the carpet. Anthony (triple vaxxed, masked and gloved) came on time, yesterday and went above and beyond my expectations. I had moved whatever furniture out of the way beforehand but he moved bedside tables and beds to get underneath and put them back in their place! I found a gold ring had been left on my father's desk and asked my father about it. I was really convinced that the couch was stained for good, but I booked MiMa to come try their hand at it. Within 30 minutes the entire thing was totally clean! It was really quick and professional, they were exactly on time even for an 8am clean and got right to work. I honestly thought I would never have a clean couch again, I'm genuinely really glad I went to them instead of trying any more disastrous DIY cleaning methods. Very friendly customer service as well, which goes a long way when you're stressed about your couch possibly being stained forever. The prices are reasonable too by the way, even for my big 4 seater couch - a lot of other companies gave me really crazy estimates and I thought I wouldn't have the money to get this done. MiMa really did a great job here, if I ever need anything like this done again I'm definitely going straight to them.
