I am also allergic to fragrance, so I noticed the name of this company and called to make sure I wouldn't have a reaction to their products. The owner Arman assured me that the products were organic and unscented so I was given a very reasonable quotation after sending some pics of the carpet. Anthony (triple vaxxed, masked and gloved) came on time, yesterday and went above and beyond my expectations. I had moved whatever furniture out of the way beforehand but he moved bedside tables and beds to get underneath and put them back in their place! I found a gold ring had been left on my father's desk and asked my father about it. He said he thought he had lost it almost a year ago and said that was worth the price of the cleaning many times over! There was a light scent that dissipated after a few hours but I had no reaction to it. I would definitely recommend this company. The carpets look so much better than before and I am totally satisfied with the service, price and honesty of this company.

I trusted them to pick up a carpet while working on another sofa when I am away. I'm not given a quote but assume it will be a reasonable price like the first time as I again took many services. Should NEVER have trusted them. I was charged 8 times the price from the first time and finally notice a few weeks later that it was as dirty as when I gave it to them. The condo where the carpet is was empty and not used in the meantime so impossible that it got dirty again. They are refusing to refund me not only the insane price of cleaning (more expensive than the actual carpet), but also the work that wasnt even done! Crooks, avoid at all costs. P.S. This company was very responsive to my call for cleaning help and arranged for a cleaner to come the very next day. Iman was polite and prepared to roll up her sleeves and do a good job cleaning kitchen cabinet doors, floors and windows. Her work was thorough and she was very conscientious in her efforts. She came with her own equipment, but did use mine when I requested her to do so. I have allergies and my vacuum cleaner has extra filtration to keep dust from going back into the air, so I asked if she would please use mine, and she said no problem. : ) My condo is small, so I was a bit surprised to see that it took longer than I thought it would, and she had to speed up during her last hour to keep to the agreed 4 hours. I think that could have been prevented by keeping an eye on time as she worked, but again, she was very thorough and the results were good. I will be calling this service again after my move to do an after move clean-up to keep it looking good for its sale! Thank you Iman!
