Ross and his team arrived on time, were very respectful, efficient, kind and completed the job in the estimated time. The team was so, so nice and cracked some good jokes. They were totally non-judgmental about the state of things (it was pretty bad) and worked tirelessly to get everything out (including ~10 very heavy filling cabinets that were in the basement on a hot, humid day). At one point they were double checking that all the shelves were empty in some cabinets and found some old family photos that we had missed - talk about going above and beyond! Ross was also able to recommend a contact who buys second hand goods, for some of the nicer things that still had value and that we were struggling to figure out what to do with. He was so thoughtful and I felt like he really cared about doing a great job. Would definitely recommend!

I am also allergic to fragrance, so I noticed the name of this company and called to make sure I wouldn't have a reaction to their products. The owner Arman assured me that the products were organic and unscented so I was given a very reasonable quotation after sending some pics of the carpet. Anthony (triple vaxxed, masked and gloved) came on time, yesterday and went above and beyond my expectations. I had moved whatever furniture out of the way beforehand but he moved bedside tables and beds to get underneath and put them back in their place! I found a gold ring had been left on my father's desk and asked my father about it. He said he thought he had lost it almost a year ago and said that was worth the price of the cleaning many times over! There was a light scent that dissipated after a few hours but I had no reaction to it. I would definitely recommend this company. The carpets look so much better than before and I am totally satisfied with the service, price and honesty of this company.

I was really convinced that the couch was stained for good, but I booked MiMa to come try their hand at it. Within 30 minutes the entire thing was totally clean! It was really quick and professional, they were exactly on time even for an 8am clean and got right to work. I honestly thought I would never have a clean couch again, I'm genuinely really glad I went to them instead of trying any more disastrous DIY cleaning methods. Very friendly customer service as well, which goes a long way when you're stressed about your couch possibly being stained forever. The prices are reasonable too by the way, even for my big 4 seater couch - a lot of other companies gave me really crazy estimates and I thought I wouldn't have the money to get this done. MiMa really did a great job here, if I ever need anything like this done again I'm definitely going straight to them.
