These guys are awesome!!! For some context, we called them in to help clear out a house that had…read morecollected *a lot* of stuff over the years (broken furniture, boxes of destroyed books, random trinkets that couldn't be boxed up nicely, etc). The team was so, so nice and cracked some good jokes. They were totally non-judgmental about the state of things (it was pretty bad) and worked tirelessly to get everything out (including ~10 very heavy filling cabinets that were in the basement on a hot, humid day). At one point they were double checking that all the shelves were empty in some cabinets and found some old family photos that we had missed - talk about going above and beyond! Ross was also able to recommend a contact who buys second hand goods, for some of the nicer things that still had value and that we were struggling to figure out what to do with. He was so thoughtful and I felt like he really cared about doing a great job. Would definitely recommend!

We called after having to deal with bad tenants. I already knew they were very expensive we called…read moreand they were able to come that same day. Being late, of course, they were only able to pick up a part of the junk and charged us full price and came back the same day to pick up the rest of the junk. So far nothing is overly wrong with what happened, we tried calling them several times as we had a contact to come and collect most of the remaining junk, after our contact got there they refused to stop working and claimed "we already did the work so he can take it but were going to charge you full price for it". Zero flexibility, not even a discount and it seemed pretty hostile towards our request all because they couldn't answer a phone 45 minutes before they loaded the junk in. It was nice that they were able to get to us on the same day. Save yourself a ton of money, rent a truck or trailer and do the lifting yourself. Local eco-centers will be glad to take in your junk and usually for free!

I see the owner has replied to my review. I would like to point out that I have already spoken to…read moresomeone over a year ago regarding my experience. I was apologized to and told that someone else would be in touch to offer me a refund or a credit or some kind of compensation. That phone call never came. So while I appreciate the owner reaching out upon their discovery of Yelp (a service that has been popular for many, many years), my opinion of this company has not and will not change, especially after having had discussions with other people who were burned by them as well. I hope they do make improvements for future customers.

When I asked around, I quickly found out that this is regular business practice for this company. They are in and out of court, provide 0 service, do terrible work and refuse any accountability.
