Cranial facial release technique from Dr. Colgin changed my life for the better! -Initial problems: inability to breath and deviated nose to the left due to years of boxing. I went in hearing amazing things about Dr. Colgin and how CFR could open up my air ways and it did just that. It was quite painful when the balloons popped in my nose but it adjusted my septum back into place. When I got home, even my girlfriend noticed a significant difference on how my nose looked more straight. -After day 1, I was able to sleep through the whole night without having to wake up because I can't breath. I usually can't lay turned to the left side but I was finally able to breath laying on that side and actually fell asleep on the same side. Second visit: Dr. Colgin thoroughly explained the process of adjusting different segments of the body and letting the nervous system heal heal the subluxations (misalignment of a joint). I would like to write a review about a wonderful experience I had that just started at the beginning of July 2020. So I got into a car accident about 3/4 months ago and ever since then I've been having the worst lower back pain ever. I was down on my luck and was pretty discouraged a few months ago before meeting Dr. Colgin. I did everything I felt like I was supposed to do to look and feel better. I lost 30 lbs for my wedding but then have started gaining some of it back again after changing jobs and relocating.
