This place may have the best and meatiest ribs I've ever had. Seriously. They were so juicy, had perfectly seasoned bark, and just enough fat cap on them that they just fell off the bone and melted in your mouth! The brisket was the same. Absolute perfection!! The sides were good too, especially the beans and the banana pudding! My favorite things were the ribs...and the friendly smiles of the people who ran the place.
