First of all- McKenzie was SUPER conscious of what Jasmine did with with my hair so we could replicate the results for my wedding. She was very knowledgeable (about literally EVERYTHING. She is a great conversationalist, from beginning to end) and gives an amazing cut and color. What I love is the integrity. Yes- I used McKenzie this time because Jasmine was out- but she made sure to honor her coworker and book me with Jasmine next time. As someone who has worked in spas for 10 years- this is very honorable. I got a chance to see the owner. She is too sweet and you can see she cares about her business and employees. I can say I would recommend all three women. They all have massive experience. You're in great hands!!

My daughter asked to cut ONE inch of but Kerry - the hairdresser cut like 10 inches, she did whatever she wanted whit her hair. My daughter had really long hair, below the belt and, after the haircut she has now shoulder length. My daughter is devastated, and the hairdresser said at the end ,, Oh you finally have a nice haircut''. I am disappointed because she did not listen, and did not do what she was asked to do and secondly because I called and asked if they know how to do it but they scheduled us the worst hairdresser they have. I can not believe that she does not know what ONE inch looks like, I am soooo disappointed

I visited on March 5, and saw Karen. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted (see below). She argued with me, claiming that my hair "pulls red" (it doesn't-I have well water that has a heavy concentration of iron. I have since installed a filter to avoid this issue moving forward). I asked for platinum, icy blonde. After about 5-10 minutes of "explaining" why it wasn't a good idea (despite the fact that I've had it done 100 times before), she finally relented and said ok. $200+ later, my actual result is posted below. Finally-the cut and style. It was ok. Technically, it was exactly what I asked for, but she took off much more than I had asked her to, and my layers are chunky and choppy, making my hair appear much thinner at the ends than it actually is. If the color had just been a mistake, I would totally understand. But, she argued with me, told me I didn't know what I was doing, and proceeded to do what she thought was best. For the amount of money that I paid, that is totally unacceptable. See the pics. My hair came out DARKER than when I walked in. I'm very, very disappointed.

Many of the stylists are very kind and they have friendly banter going on~ upon entry, you are offered coffee, water or tea along with snacks if you end up there for a while~ which can be the case if you do hair colors or a complex look~ I took a journey with Mckenzie from black to blonde, to brown, to red and again blonde. Yes, it is on the higher end in price, but very worth the service and hospitality and hair care! Staff are LGBTQ+ friendly and very accommodating. The stylist even requested I come back another day to get it fixed because she knew it wasn't good at all. I called today and was suuuuper polite. I said "your employees are all so kind but the hair didn't come out as they said it would". The owner straight up said "f*** you. Do not come back you're never allowed back here."
