He is, without question, one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Steve is always friendly, professional, dependable, and genuinely kind. Every delivery is made with care, and he consistently goes above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He always places my water as close to my front door as possible, carries it up the steps without hesitation, and has even helped bring the bottles inside when I've had difficulty carrying them. Those small acts of kindness make a huge difference and have never gone unnoticed. What stands out even more is how attentive he is. If I accidentally forget to leave my empty bottles outside, Steve has even taken the time to text me to make sure I wasn't in need of water before continuing on his route. That level of customer care is incredibly rare these days, and it speaks volumes about the type of employee and person he is. The reason I wanted to write this email is because I recently reported a leaking water bottle. My concern was simply to let the company know that some of the reusable bottles may be reaching the end of their lifespan after being reused many times. My concern was never about Steve. He simply delivered the bottle that was provided to him, and he did absolutely nothing wrong. That sometimes the water bottles they delivered would leak. If they missed a delivery, they would tell you they can't come back for two weeks and you need to come by and pick up the water yourself. I am writing this review now because I actually want to re-order the service, but unfortunately, I can't because of a low-class human being they have as a driver. About three years ago, I had a delivery driver for 9278 W. Russell Rd who started missing my deliveries. When I decided to cancel, they actually put the driver on the phone with me (Giovanni C). This guy talked to me like some low-class, ghetto woman trying to beat me up. He told me, "If you come in here, you better be on some act right." It was a total threat and completely ignorant behavior. It saddens me that I can't enjoy the best water around because I refuse to deal with that level of low-class, "tough guy" nonsense. I'm posting this to expose his behavior because I would return as a customer in a heartbeat if I didn't have to worry about this specific individual being my delivery guy. Until then, I'm staying away.
