Liquor stores supermarkets none of them did it. My buddy Norm found Homebrew here in Las Vegas and the owner. Steve answered the phone. I found him very knowledgeable about kegerators. He had he had the CO2 tanks and I went to his place. He has supplies for making homemade wine and homemade beer and parts for kegerator. Steve was very knowledgeable about what I had and what I needed. When I got home, I put everything together and found out this kegerator had other problems. Steve answered the phone. He walked me through a bunch of fixes, but it turned out that I need some new parts went back over. It was really helpful on everything but he was missing one or two parts that he had to order. And it will be up and running next week. You can tell Steve has a passion about what he does very helpful great guy and I will definitely be doing more business with him and absolutely recommend him to anybody who's doing these things

I am very disappointed in this product, it does not at all meet the standard that was described. Customer service was not at all helpful, they took no responsibility for the inferior product and tried to put the blame on me for using "highly acidic soap," which is not the case (as evidenced by the fact that many different people had the same experience of very rapid wear to the product regardless of brand of soap used). However, when the technician arrived at my house, they quoted $550 for the exact same issue I had already described over the phone. If I had been told upfront that the repair could cost this much, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Because I declined the repair, they still charged me a $100 inspection fee. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.

He told me to disconnect the dryer vent and run it ....then, let him know if I was still having an issue. My washer and dryer are on a platform that I could not move myself. I never called him back. When I called Special T's, Taunya answered the phone. I explained the issue and she was happy to help. She sent Chris out to analyze the intermittent problem. She also called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK if he came early. He disassembled the front of the dryer and checked everything out. He made some adjustments to max temperature. He told me if it continues to happen, it's probably a part that is only about $60.He was very thorough and polite.
