Solid 4.5 stars. Came in here last night after a really long day. I had never been here and was surprised what a welcoming environment they fostered. There were so many different people all in one cohesive space enjoying good food, cold beers, and great music. I was very pleasantly surprised how attentive the waitresses and bartenders were. I think one of the cooks came out to ask how the food was and to be honest the wings were phenomenal. Monday is .50 wings special night so I went with the wings. I had 6 boneless wet style Cajun and 6 bone-in butter parmesan. Both were very delicious. The Cajun were just the right amount of crunch and sauce but not too drenched and super flavorful. The butter parmesan were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I always love good wings and these were top notch for sure. I also want to comment I was impressed how clean the bar/restaurant was and the bathroom was immaculately clean too. The best part was that everyone treated each other like close friends; making this one of the friendliest and welcoming establishments I've been to date in Ohio. I will say I was told the crowd can vary day to day since there is a large truck plaza next door some days more upbeat and some slower. I was there on a slower day however still totally worth stopping in and checking out. If I could give zero I would. In the area for business and was looking for a place to eat dinner and watch the MLB playoffs. First there were 4 people total in the place and 2 bartenders. Stood at the "please wait to be seated" stand for 10 minutes. Both bartenders looked over several times and just kept watching TV. We finally left. As we were in the parking lot both bartenders came outside to smoke. Still no acknowledgment. Rudest place I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs. read more

This place is a "maybe" as far as recommendation. Come for the food but the atmosphere isn't great. The music they play is horrible "rap" which doesn't fit the surroundings. The vent on the ceiling above the bar had a huge amount of dirt around it and I wonder if it has ever been cleaned. The prices are very reasonable. I would come back for a to go order. read more

TLDR- Do not go here unless you have multiple hours to wait. Got to the restaurant at 5:30. we didn't have a server, so the hostess took our table. he told us it was his first day so we were like okay that's great! we order our drinks and get them quickly. then we ordered our apps and wings. i ordered 6 wings goldrush, and 6 wet cajun. 30-40 mins later he comes out with our wings. i got 12 goldrush and the server said "i asked them to put them separately but they didn't." then he said our fries and fried pickles would be right out. 30 more minutes go by, and we ate our wings at this point. he comes back to let us know "they are still making them in the kitchen." we said okay, can we just have the check actually we gotta get going it's been 1.5 hours. he says yeah for sure and immediately cashes us out. i asked if he took the fries and fries pickles off and he said oh no those are still on there. i said okay are they coming out soon like can we have them to go? he said yeah that's fine! so now 7:30 comes around and we have cashed out, still haven't received 2 appetizers we paid for at this point. i asked one more time, he said they were still cooking, so we left. horrible horrible service. we spent $60 on 2 dozen wings. wings tasted good which was the saving grace here. read more

This place has been around for as long as I can remember but not one that I frequent now but did in my early 20's for their cold beer and good wings. This particular visit a few weeks ago was for an after dance recital birthday party for my daughters friend and fellow dancer. They had a section set up and ready to accommodate the party of around 25. Due to illness and call-offs there was only one waitress for the whole establishment and, while I forget her name, she did a fabulous job keeping up with the needs of the party while handing her normal customers as well. I would consider this somewhat of a divey type of atmosphere but just as I remembered, the beer was nice and cold. We ordered a basket of hot pepper cheese balls which were good and only slightly spicy. A friend ordered the nacho supreme app and I had to add it to my review because the portion was huge and it was just a large basket of deliciousness as you'll see in the pic. I decided on a Texas themed burger which consisted of a thick patty topped with bacon, cheese, onion rings and BBQ sauce. Was a tasty burger and one that I had to finish with a fork because between the juices from the burger and the BBQ sauce, the bun began to fall apart. Some may hate that but I didn't mind. This burger paired with a side of fresh cut fries made for a decent meal. I have to mention that my wife ordered wings which were cooked nice and crispy but the sauce was so minimally applied that it seemed like plain wings without sauce. All in all, if you need a quick night out for some bar burgers and cold beer, this is not a bad spot to consider. read more

Ok so that was quite the surprise. Top notch food in a very local restaurant and bar. The wings were crispy fresh...with goldrush sauce and hot sauce....the goldrush was my fav though both were great. The Dakota Burger was fresh meat from a local butcher. You can really taste the fresh. Bloody Marys simply delish. Really nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly.....service on point. This was my first time here, & it was very hard to choose what to order due to the diverse menu, and having friends who advocated for a variety of different selections on the menu. Bar food & beer. Their wings are great and so is the clam chowder. Yes I said clam chowder just get some. It's a simple place nothing overly fancy. Good place to sit and relax and not have a bunch of loud drunks. They also have a beach shack and a pool hall in seperate building around back check those out too. So today I take a family member here to eat, Wednesday is 1/2 off wings Order 12 wings drums no flats not to cook crispy with butter parm. for the sauce. The order comes, with mixed flats and drums, hardly any dam butter parm on them and they are cooked crispy. Send the order back to fix just drums, server returns and say's the kitchen manager will charge 2.00 xtra dollars to pick thru and remove the flats... so I have to pay 2 dollars because they fcked up my order Told them to forget about it. The food here is excellent. Reasonably priced and good portion sizes. I highly recommend the wings and the wedding soup, and the beer battered chicken! However don't expect too much from the staff. They're not bad people, not even mean people. The issue is that the servers have to do way too much work for the money they make. As a result of this there is a very high turnover rate, so the waitresses are usually new and very flustered. Maybe just get take out. The food really is great. read more
