There aren't enough workers, or they just don't care about to-go orders. Whenever I place a to-go order, I always end up waiting 20-30 minutes longer than the estimated time. They don't even check--just say it's going to take a few more minutes. I felt compelled to give an updated review since my last one from 2008 was a one star. On this visit I was with a few friends for wings and beers. Our server (Hannah) was very friendly and efficient. The beers were cold and served up as quickly as we finished them. They had a great special of buy one wing, get one free so I ordered 10 but got 20 for the 10-piece price. Like I said, great special however only it pertained to boneless. I had 10-spicy garlic and 10-teriyaki of which both were tasty and were covered in plenty of sauce. The only complaint was that our orders took exceptionally long to come out and when you see other tables that ordered after you getting their food before you, it kind of irks a couple hungry, beer drinking men. We didn't complain simply because we were enjoying our ice cold beers and great conversation. Overall, a much better experience than my 2008 review. Not a bad spot to enjoy a cold beer and catch up with old friends. read more

We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated, okay cool. Once seated we placed our order, mind you it's NOT packed. The waiters are running around aimlessly, it's two waiters serving a table of 3. We seen the same five waiters walking around not doing anything. THEN we waited over an hour and didn't get our food yet. Really craving lemon pepper wings and was very much disappointed with this place. First of all we waited fifteen minutes to be sat as there was no one up front at hostess stand at 3pm in the afternoon and another customer waiting to pick up a to go order. We had to go to the bar and ask if anyone was available up front. He had to go to the back and get someone to seat us. Our server made us feel like she was being interrupted from whatever else she had going on. Our order was not correct when it came to the table and instead of sending it back we just ate what was in front of us. We came in on a Sunday night wasn't to busy. our waitress on the other hand was busy with her boyfriend or whoever. We waited for awhile for our drinks just a shot and 2 beers they sat at the bar getting warm while she talked with the guy. We ordered sauces on the side of our food had to reorder them when food came. had to ask for our refills of pop. Food was good just waitress wasn't super attentive. Same went after we got our checks we waited for a long while to be cashed out. We seen other waitresses not sure if our waitress was the only one working but hopefully doesn't happen again. Call to ask for a replacement salad as mine was made wrong. I'm told that the wrong sauce was put on my salad because I ordered the salad with Parmesan cheese. I get it. People make mistakes and I wasn't even that upset until I was told that the salad I ordered, the same salad I order at least once a week, directly from their website, with no added or extra ingredients to it, was made wrong because of what I selected. Parmesan cheese comes standard on a grilled chicken garden salad. It's on the menu that way both in store and on the website. When I ordered it online I clicked the same few buttons I always click using my saved orders. Don't blame your mistakes on customers. Then to top it off I stood in store for a while because every employee had magically disappeared. Get home, and the chicken on my replacement salad is so dried up and hard it's like it was cooked two hours ago and left to sit under a light. Their menus are also always disgusting and sticky. I haven't been to this location in about ten years. I'm happy to report it was a good experience. I had a large group that was meeting there, so I called ahead to warn the staff - they don't take reservations but I thought it would be nice to give them the heads up. Sure enough, when we showed, they had a table set aside for us with everything ready to go. Our waitress was great, and management came to check on us a couple times as well over the evening. Food and drinks were very good. Though the prices are a bit on the higher end, in my opinion, compared to the same or similar items from other area bars. My only complaint is how long it took for the food to come out. There was only five of us there when the first orders went in, so it wasn't because it was a large group. It took quite a while. The second wave of people, which was only three, took even longer. Ours might have taken a bit longer than usual, but theirs was a ridiculous wait time, just for wings and sandwiches. Service. You expect it to be civil. You can expect service along a spectrum here that ranges from non-existent to adversarial. Seriously, I've been here a number of times (I dig trivia) and the service never rises above dreadful. Here's one example from last Friday night... I'm sitting at a table with about 10 other people, we'd all walked in within about 10 minutes of each other and not one server checked on us. So, I go to the counter where there are 4 waitresses on the public side and one waitress and a manager on the inside. I say, nicely, hey, we're all over at that table there, can we get a server? The manager says, No, ahhh, yes, it'll be a minute. He doesn't tell one of the waitresses standing there to cover it, I just walk away amazed. About 5 minutes later she shows up to take drink orders. She comes back with a few drinks, but I don't get mine. Crap. Someone else in the group prods her on this and she scurries away to get it. No return to check on our food. Finally, some of the folks at the table start going directly to the counter for wings (the specialty, if you can call it that). They got their food. A couple of us waited because we ordered through the waitress. Eventually we got our food too. In the end, this place disappoints in almost all ways. The big screen TVs are very nice, the best in the immediate area. We blast our order at her and she's gone... Now, our initial plans were so foiled that we didn't even hit the head. We both take care of bio-needs and return to our beers AND the NTN console. I'd forgotten, but Melissa hadn't. Damn. One-star just a couple of weeks earlier. I'm feeling pretty bad now. End of the story is that Melissa returns many times to check on us, including once to see if we're winning (1-1). We tell her the name of the team that beat us once, to which she reports their location, their drinking habits, and that they'd just left. She dropped off the bill and retrieved it immediately. 25% tip thank you. So, Melissa gets a rare 5-star rating. Unfortunately, she can't take away the crap-fest that I endured a couple of Friday's ago.
