If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me tell you about the absolute nightmare of an experience we had with this establishment. My wife and I had NEVER been to Ross' Eatery and Pub before, but we were in the area and decided to give it a shot. The internet said they were open until 9 PM, but to be sure, I called ahead. Not once, but TWICE. The last call, at 7:11 PM, I spoke to a man who assured me they'd still be open for my wife to place an order. He even mentioned if it got close to 9 PM, they'd just put the food in a warmer for us. Great, right? WRONG. My wife drove out of her way to get there, arriving at 7:45 PM, only to be told the kitchen was CLOSED. Closed! By the SAME guy I had spoken to on the phone not even 30 minutes earlier. When she called me, I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I called back to confirm she was at the right place. The same man answered, and his response? "Yeah, we're closing now." WHAT?! So which is it? Open until 9 PM? Open until 7:45 PM? Or just "open when we feel like it"? What kind of incompetent operation runs like this? I SPECIFICALLY called to confirm the times, got reassured TWICE, and then you turn my wife away when she gets there? Talk about misleading, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful to a new customer. We were excited to try this place, and instead, we got a complete slap in the face. This isn't just poor service--it's a blatant disregard for your customers' time, money, and effort. I'll tell you one thing: I wouldn't step foot in this place again if they PAID me to. If you're considering Ross' Eatery and Pub, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Judging by the similar reviews I've seen, this seems to be a pattern. Consistently bad service, misleading information, and zero accountability. Ross' Eatery and Pub: where customer service goes to die. The food and owners are amazing. The current bartender is absolute useless trash!!! She's a blonde older woman with glasses on her head. She literally tells customers to grab their own beers in the back and go in the back to order our own food. Whenever you ask her to do anything she seems annoyed because she actually has to work!!! We asked her to change the tv to an Indians game and she said she's "too busy" but there was only 6 people in the bar. I've waited at the bar for her before and she won't be there for 10-20 mins constantly because she's constantly smoking or playing the lotto. People literally stand and wait for at least 30 minutes because she doesn't give a shit. Love the food but she makes us not come here anymore. SHE SUCKS FIRE HER!!! I want to give this place a solid 4 stars for the food alone however my second trip here was super off putting due to the behavior of some patrons I want to be as fair as I can. Came in a few weeks ago when old skool was playing and had a blast. Great people, good environment, but more basic drinks (beer, shots, etc.) I had a blast even though I didn't stay super late that night. I didn't eat then so I can't speak to the food at this point. I met so many cool people. The only warning I have is the bathroom line can get very long on event nights. Also, beware that the floor dips down walking to the bathroom I almost face planted on my heels. Went in again a few days ago and was so shocked at how awful one woman at the bar was treating patrons. When I walked in she stated these two girls were clearly lost. I later began talking to them and they were from down the street and came in to check the bar out. The most ironic part of this interaction was when I tried to make these girls comfortable the drunken woman at the bar then began bad mouthing me to them loud enough for me to hear. When there are only 10 people in a bar you would think that type of behavior in a bar where people come to pay money to relax and enjoy would be ill advised. Yet I did order food this day which I was shocked how amazing it was. I got the rodeo burger by suggestion of the bartender and let me say "it was to die for." I also ordered the Mac and Cheese but for it with bacon, tomato, and onion added and let me say this alone will keep me coming back despite everything. I was shocked how large the servings were. I only about 1/3 of my burger and 1/4 of the side of Mac. The food isn't expensive but is definitely worth stopping to try. I would classify this as a small town gem worth stopping in. read more

This place serves absolutely the best food around with a smile. Very large portions and great tasting. If they don't have it on the menu, call and request to have it made special for your party. Absolutely the worse service I've ever had! I heard so many good things about there wings and the wings were disgusting, under cooked, cold and the sauces are gross! I'll never go back. The server was on something and she was absolutely terrible!! The menu says 10 wings for 9.99 and we paid 11.99 for 10 wings Absolutely bs! I won't be going back! read more
