If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Booked Ice Cream Occasions (they are able to do churros, mini donuts, etc.) with Dar a week prior to to my company event and he made the process so simple. We got a churro and ice cream cart and they set up the carts outside of our office space. They were able to provide their certificate of insurance (we have a very strict building and most vendors do not carry enough coverage) and simple paperwork needed to book our event in a timely manner. The churros were made on site and our servers were the cutest and sweetest girls ever! Can't wait to have them back! read more

I rented a cart for my birthday / housewarming party and it was super easy! I was debating between a cart and a sundae bar and decided on the cart because my party was all day and the cart could sit outside all day at my party. I was a bit concerned it would be too long, but the ice cream was still frozen the next morning, almost 24 hours later. So no worries there. I found the prices to be super reasonable given that the cart rental comes with 70 pieces of ice cream (and it's good ice cream like Magnums, Snicker Bars, etc.. and you get to choose). We booked Ice Cream Occasions Cart for our son's birthday party this weekend and boy was it a hit! First of all, working and getting in touch with Ice Cream Occasions was a breeze. They were responsive from the start and were ready to answer all my questions whenever I called or emailed. I even booked somewhat last minute and didn't have any issues at all! They had such a great selection of ice creams that we could pick from and they were patient and helpful with recommending some of the best ones for our party type and guests. On the day of the event the deliver person had some trouble finding at the park location we were at, but the office was so great at calling me and helping to coordinate the drop-off. The delivery guy was also really nice and helped us to set up the cart just as we'd like. In the end, the ice cream was such a hit. Everyone was impressed with the premium ice creams and we were completely wiped out even before the party ended. Once we were done, our pick-up guy came without me having to call him. This ice cream cart was such a great addition to my party. We rented a cart for an evening client party with 100 guests attending (the cart was a nice prop that perfectly fit our movie theme). The ice cream was delicious and stayed cold in the cart for the entire evening. My only regret is I did not order enough!
