You dismissed my complaint and invoked my responsibility to "support small businesses", while still demanding that I give you cash (which is, in fact, an untraceable payment method), and running my card repeatedly, right in front of several "NO REFUNDS" signs. All three food items I've tried have been very poor--why would I request more? You were not denied the opportunity to make things right. You simply refused to make any attempt to do so. There are plenty of tables inside, and even looked like there was an upstairs. I got a latte and my fiance grabbed just a hot black coffee. My latte was delicious! Perfectly hot and strong. Unfortunately the black coffee came out pretty cold. Things happen and I am very sure it would have been no big deal to go in and ask the very nice baristas for a new cup, but we were already on our way. Not a big deal and I'm positive it was just a one off. A lovely space that we'll venture back to on our next trip through Warwick.
