The staff was friendly and efficient as this is a popular place. The line was out the door when I left. For ice cream, they have both Hershey's flavors and homemade flavors. The sundae got my attention as I saw others eating them as I walked in and they looked good. I enjoyed my sundae and will remember to come back here again.

I don't think I've ever walked into the store and found it clean. It's not dirty, it's more slapdash than anything else. What gets me are that the surfaces where food is prepared is never wiped down that I've seen and it has a feel of ongoing chaos and sadness. Empty napkin dispensers and sticky tables. This DQ doesn't feel like it would be a fun place to work, and maybe that's why it feels so chaotic as sad.
