Purchased Ice here for my 30th birthday several months ago and had a so-so experience overall. My…read morebiggest complaint was in the quoting and communication portion of their staff. I requested a quote for a certain amount of cocktail ice (1 inch cubes) perfect for making craft cocktails on their website and received a reasonable quote quickly via email. I placed the order, satisfied with the quality, quantity and price of my order. Apparently, unless you're doing a very large order, you're not getting delivery as they promote on their website. I even offered to pay for the service and they would not budge. I had to make the trek to pick up my order, and despite it being incredibly inconvenient to access their tiny parking lot off of Adelaide with limited parking, I'm glad I did because this was where communication lines broke down. I arrived, found parking and provided the staff my order reference number, my bags of ice were brought out and as I double checked it, it turns out I was not provided with cubed ice I requested, in fact it was regular ice, ideal for regular drinks but not what I ordered and especially not ideal for making specialty cocktails. I brought this up and the staff informed me that this was what I ordered, I showed her my email confirmation which stated the type of ice clearly and the quoted price, and the woman blankly looked at me and insisted that what they had prepared was what I had ordered and if I wanted the other ice I would need to pay an additional fee -seriously? I insisted repeatedly but in the end had to pay the difference to get what I had originally asked for and had been quoted on... not a great experience IMHO. The ice was great quality and made excellent drinks, but the stressful and misleading customer service experience ruined my opinion of this business.

I was worried it would be too sweet by i actually preferred the sweeter flavor - cookies and cream flavour. It was nice trying out the puffs (Loukoumades) which is a bit diff from your traditional donuts as the centre is slightly more hollow and bit more glutinous. But I wouldn't come out of my way to get this again.

So as it was around 9 already, I hopped on Google and saw that this location on Sandhurst was open til 10pm. Quick call into the store and the person who answer the phone told me they had a lot of mango sticky rice ice cream left so we hightailed it to Scarborough. I got my mango sticky rice ice cream and my gf got her strawberry cheesecake ice cream. The "sticky rice" part of the ice cream was essentially coconut ice cream with coconut shavings! Very yummy. The mango ribbon running through the mango section was on the sweeter side so the coconut part balanced it out! I actually think I prefer this flavour over Baskin Robbin's signature Mango Tango flavour. P.S. I've been to this plaza before. The karaoke place, G-Funk, around the corner (in the same plaza is currently my fave ktv place at the moment).

I ordered the Moo La La French crepe and customized it by swapping the standard ice cream for vanilla ice cream. The crepe itself was perfect--warm, thin, and loaded with fresh banana slices and plenty of Nutella. The vibe inside is bright, trendy, and spacious, making it the perfect spot for a late-night dessert craving. Excellent presentation and friendly service. I'll definitely be back!

Came here after dinner for some croffle and ice cream. This place was quite busy on a Friday night,…read morethere was about a 15min wait. The hostess took your name and number, waited by the lobby to get called in. The restaurant is bright with tons of seats including patio seatings. Our server was Ayman on his first day and he was truly kind and you can feel customer service when he spoke with you. We ordered a croffle but he brought in a waffle so it was a wrong order. We asked if we can just have the waffle and he got the okay, after the croffle came. The mistake wasn't really his fault since my friend had a thicker accent where croffle and waffle sounds quite the same. I would say the croffle isn't as good as the croffles in Cups which is why I was craving for it for dessert. That's the reason for one star less. Otherwise everything else is great! Pricing is on the higher side by the way but the portion is ginormous. I'll be coming here again after a small appetizer at a restaurant then here for dessert! Rating 4.2/5

So we decided to come here. Midland is a well known location that not hard to find. There was 1 more hours to be closed, when we walked in. But the casher was not rush me. She just let us know we could scan the QR code for the menu on the table, and come up to the counter to order, when we are ready. We were debating which one to get, Golden Mango or Matcha Mango Bingsu. The cashier said Golden Mango is giving different texture, even though it's all mango flavor; the Matcha Mango is using matcha shaved ice as base, then top with Mango fresh fruit. So we final decision was the Golden Mango Bingsu. Once we ordered, we got a electric alert board. We won't wait long, the alert board was beeping when our order was ready. I went back to the counter to get my Bingsu. This desert is not big that costs $12.55+tax. Sago has no taste. Fresh mango is on the top, mango base is mango flavored shaded ice, which is like ice cream that smooth. Mango sauce as layer is in the middle of the base, which makes stronger taste. Overall, it's pretty tasty and fresh. That's another type of ice cream for me. The store was open until late night, and I was seeing couples coming in. That reminded me long time ago when we were young. Enjoy the desert and also enjoy the late night life.

The menu is extensive, with many drinks, sweets and even savory options. We got the mango bingsu, green tea red bean bingsu, the milk tea bingsu and the pomelo and mango coco drink. I liked the green tea bingsu the most as the ice was very fine and creamy. The milk tea was very choppy and I didn't like the texture as much. I think it's part of the aesthetic, but they serve the bingsu piled up super high in proportionally small bowls. They fully expect a mess so they provide trays for every bingsu to catch the mess as it melts, floods pass the bowl, syrups drip off the ice and toppings topple off. I wish they would just put it in a properly sized bowls instead of the mess. Also, the wooden trays are chipped and broken which doesn't feel hygienic. Service was super friendly even though it was busy, so extra star for the hardworking staff.
