After I contacted the owner and spoke with Sharon, they took full responsibility and redid the entire fence from the ground up. The new build is exactly what we were hoping for: high-quality materials, solid craftsmanship, and a beautiful finished product that really elevates our property. Custom work doesn't always go perfectly the first time, but what matters is how a company responds--and they absolutely stood behind their work and made it right. That level of integrity and follow-through is hard to find. I would confidently recommend them based on the final result and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

We feel like we're on vacation every day spending time in our backyard! Tristan designed and oversaw our project and he was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job. His design was way better than what we'd been thinking, it looks so good. He was always easy to get ahold of, was really patient with the various changes we kept making, and made sure that every detail was taken care of so that we were totally happy with the end result. I also really appreciated how he always suggested cost effective options to help us stick to our budget. And to top it all off, at the end they realized we'd overpaid by $1000 and sent us a check we hadn't even asked for or realized we were due! We highly recommend Modern Yardz; I don't write a lot of reviews but Tristan and his team did such a great job that they deserved a glowing review.

They did seriously beautiful work on everything - this is old-school quality craftsmanship, they did careful and meticulous work from start to finish. Dor managed our project and he was incredibly professional, respectful, and kept me updated regularly. This project with Lusso Design was easily the best experience I've had with a contractor - yes, it can be a positive experience! Their bid came in higher than their competitors, but in my experience you get what you pay for... the quality of their work and their professionalism were worth that price. We are very happy with everything they did for us. When we have another project in the future, Lusso Design and Build will be the first call.

The marble, gold accents, and Kohler fixtures are absolutely gorgeous and give the space such an elevated, timeless feel. Eddie was our foreman and was extremely attentive and pleasant to work with. Same goes for the entire crew who worked so hard, showing up on time Monday through Saturday, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished result. They will never move onto the next step before consulting with me on placement and how I liked it. I was extremely happy that I did not need to micro-manage since I know that I am very particular and attentive to design and details. You can tell they take pride in their work. Every little corner and finish was done so carefully. Dor (project manager) and Avi (owner) were also AMAZING to work with. From the start, Dor never pressured us into signing any contracts right away, adding things that didn't make sense, nor did he ever make us feel like we were wasting his time. Prior to getting a quote from Lusso, another company gave a whole spiel about them losing money every time they went out to quote a potential client. Then they said that if they left our house without us signing a contract then we wouldn't get any discount. Not only did it make us feel really uncomfortable and horrible but their prices were ridiculous compared to Lusso. No matter what time of day it was, Dor & Avi responded right away. They are great communicators and made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always checking in without ever pressuring us into anything. We felt comfortable the entire way through, and that meant so much. The only regret that I had was not doing this sooner since I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester. We're beyond happy that they finished so quick with 2 months to spare before our baby comes so that we can truly enjoy our dual shower. We love how everything turned out and so grateful to the whole team for making our dream bathroom come true. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality, honesty, and a truly beautiful result!

The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

These decisions are made carefully with one's family, not something to be pressured into. In the future, listen to your potential customers' price concerns, hear their needs (yes, price-per-square-foot is indeed important), and do not comment on their marriage.
