I wasted 3 days driving around LA trying to get my phone fixed or at least get the data out. I went to all the businesses with hundreds of 5 star reviews and none of them could fix my phone. One person said "no one could fix this without losing your data my friend"; another data retrieval place told me this would be a complicated job that would take up to 2 weeks and at least $400 to just get the data out and the phone would be unusable after. These are just two examples. There were other places that charged a reasonable price but spent a whole day on it and couldn't fix it, or it was that they "may be" able to fix it but there's a 40% chance that I would lose my data. Anyway, I was just about to give up when I messaged Jesse. He told me he could fix it in an hour and it'll be like nothing happened. I really didn't believe him when I handed my phone to him lol but he shocked me! He actually fixed it in less than an hour! I felt like an idiot wasting my time and going to other places. If you ever have a problem with your iphone, come here! Don't worry about the fact he doesn't have a fancy office and does it in his home!

Every once in a while you run into someone who's so good at what they do, it almost seems unfair…read more That was my experience with Joseph. I brought in an iPod that I had pretty much accepted was going to be a project, a headache, or maybe even beyond saving. Joseph took a look, worked his magic, and had it fixed in what felt like five minutes. Not five hours, not five days, five minutes. What impressed me even more than his technical skill was how genuinely kind and patient he was. No ego, no sales pitch, no making things complicated. Just a guy who clearly loves what he does and happens to be exceptionally good at it. In a world where most things get replaced instead of repaired, it's refreshing to meet someone who still has that old-school craftsmanship. The kind of person who can diagnose a problem almost instantly and make it look effortless. You don't come across people like Joseph very often. In fact, you may only meet a handful in your lifetime. Truly gifted, incredibly knowledgeable, and an absolute gentleman. If you have an iPod, iPhone, iPad, or anything Apple-related that needs attention, save yourself the time and go see Joseph. Some people learn a trade. Some people master it.
