Walked past the storefront and the wife made an abrupt stop due to eyeballing cool sneakers in the window and yelled to me to follow her inside. Met the two employees who were attentive and quickly assisted my wife with bringing out a pair of white ON Cloud sneakers, which she tried on. The store had lots of interesting items along with awkward sayings like "Sorry I Can't I Have Plans With My Dog" or "I Like Drunk Me But I Dont Trust Her". Cute Cute Cute store on Las Olas. The employees were helpful and went into the storage room to find me a cute pair of sneakers which I modeled for my hubby. Lots of items organized well with funny words on tshirts making the shopping experience similar to a Key West store. Very nice comfort shoes, purses, sneakers and floppy beach hats dominated the inventory. read more

I purchased three pairs of On shoes from this store. One pair I decided against after trying them on once in the store, but they refused to accept the return. The owner also promised me a free shirt, which I never received or heard back about. I recommend buying your On shoes from Dick's Sporting Goods instead -- they offer a better return policy and often sell the same shoes for less. read more

Beautiful shoes inside. They have onClouds galore in tons of colors and Onex, a classy comfy Italian style of ladies dress sandals. Staff offered assistance to gather sizes pretty promptly but was dismissive when I said I'd think about it. They're pricey - $120-150 each pair and I didn't wanna carry them around while shopping and walking. That was the only downside! read more

What the HECK is going on with these reviews?? My wife is hell bent on getting water shoes for climbing rocks and caves before our cruise. She's looking at the typical outdoor places in New York and is seeing price tags of $125. Where will she use these shoes, to go spelunking?? Never. I bought a pair of shoes I can wear in the water when I kayak and she wants to get fan-say like me. Don't hate the water player, hate the water game! We walk into Ibiza and all the girls are like lions looking at prey when it comes to shoes. They all get off track regarding water shoes. Me? I'm walking, strolling and there I see shoes that put a knife in my heart. When I was in Rome in the 80s, I walked into the Gucci store and saw a pair of Gucci shoes that brought tears to my eyes. Tears! Why? They were so beautiful and sooooooo expensive. I had to let them go and ran out of the store. Blubbering!! Now, I can go into Bloomingdales and get Gucci shoes. The point being, I wanted those shoes back then. Now? I'd rather have car parts and good shoes I find on sale. I walk over to the Mens clearance rack and see shoes that look like Gucci shoes, have an Italian name, are made from Italian materials but made in China. I slip on the shoes and they fit "a nicea nice". The woman helping me was very helpful. The girls didn't find water shoes but I found a nice slip on fugazy Gucci shoes. Ibiza is a nice store that carries shoes like Toms for men and other woman shoes that I never looked I find sales! I love me :D read more

This is such a fun little store downtown on Las Olas. It's tiny but they have a nice selection of cool shoes and fun, glitzy T-shirts at generally average prices. Some of the hats actually fit me. This might not seem so great, but I have a pin head and hats are almost always too big for me. There are usually a number of items on sale. This time I found a pair of shoes that I had been wanting for a long time at half price, which actually made them reasonable! We've been here several times and never experienced any of the previously mentioned problems with customer service. The associates we've seen have always been friendly and fluent in English. We'll definitely go back any time we're downtown. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would the African American woman that works the later shift on Sunday at 5pm she was extremely rude to me and one other customer. She should not be working there, she claims she owns the store and she also told us not to shop online while in her store. Super unprofessional and digesting of a human being. read more

Food was very tasty. Had the tuna steak salad. Could do with less dressing or on the side. Service was lacking. When I sat I asked for a glass of water. Asked wrong person , (hostess) who did not pass along. Waited for about 5 minutes before server arrived. Gave my order and asked for water. Another 5 minutes until water arrived with a lemon slice that was from end of lemon so really no juice. Did not say anything. When food arrived a good time later, a food runner brought it out. I had to ask for more water. He kindly took my glass and refilled. In the meantime other servers carried around water pitchers to their clients. My server appeared and asked if food was ok. No offer if anything else. Never saw her again until it was time to bring check. Very surprised that the tip was on the bill. I strongly feel that a tip is an appreciation for someone 's service, not part of their salary that employers should pAy. If I receive fabulous service I appreciate it and take care of my server. This shop was very nice years ago when a woman who worked there by the name of Sandra or Sandy gave my husband and I really great service. It's a shame she's not there anymore and after returning it just wasn't the same without her there. The people there are ok, a woman who speaks very poor English helped me the last time I was there and it was ok but when there is good help the owner should make sure they keep who's good and get rid of who isn't. The store itself is nice, small but and pretty with pretty shoes along with t-shirts and other nice things to buy. read more

I bought of pretty pair of sandals in January. I wore them only a handful of times because we were experiencing cooler than usual temperatures. The strap on the shoe broke. I took them back and left them for the manager. They sent the shoe to a shoe repair who glued them. I put the shoe on at home and 5 mins later the same strap came loose. I took the shoe back and was told there was nothing they could do because the shoe was worn, Of course the shoe was worn, that is what you do with a shoe. The manager offered to glue the strap herself. Really? She told me several times over the phone that the shoe was ready for pick up. Meaning tough luck lady. She would not do an exchange or refund. Basically it was my rotten luck for stopping in and purchasing what I thought was high quality shoes, which turned out not to be true. I will never shop there again because they do not and have no intention of standing by their product. I urge others not to buy from Ibiza. They are a rip off. read more
