Totally understandable but a center has a slightly better plan and that they will accept bikes that are electric just you have to take the battery out of it before you leave it with them. Too many problems with lithium ion batteries, exploding you know? We live in a very mountain bike, happy town here and one of the places that will fix your bike after you wreck it by bombing down Wilder through postboxes and Engleman's loop is a center cycling. They are often backlogged because people wreck the ride and drop them off here. In my experience as of summer 2025 it was about a 10 day wait to get the bike back but my repairs for damaged brakes was under $100 and that seemed reasonable. We also have a sister store over near Ni Marks, which is another great bicycling area the demonstration Forest.

I purchased two e-bikes from them over a year ago and they have been and still are keeping them in good riding condition. I use the bike almost every day around town and for transportation to & from work. I got many free tune-ups, more than expected. They have been supporting me and my bikes faithfully even though I have had many issues. You must schedule a tune-up, but I have brought it them for a quick fix to enable a safe ride to go to a concert that night. They are usually too busy but fit me because of the urgency. I had an issue with my rear-shock, and they sent it back to the company to have them rebuild it. My wife's bike had to get a new battery, and they got it replaced at no charge. My frame cracked a little more than a year after I purchased it and they got the company to replaced it at no charge. Basically, getting me a new bike using the motor, battery, and rear-shock from the old bike, but all mechanical parts were new. Saving me hundreds of dollars in mechanics fees and much frustration dealing with the companies to replace parts and then did all the work at no cost. They have truly gone above and beyond for me and my bikes. I am grateful to them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new E-bike. Kudos to the bike mechanic, Anthony! He has been my "bike doctor," giving free checkups, understanding the history of my bike, and knowing exactly what it needs. He proactively checks for any safety risks and optimizes it for how much I ride. Kudos to the owner, Michael, as well, who was helpful and supportive throughout the process, even though it was time-consuming and costly for his bike shop.
