I took my mother in for a visit and during the 45 second exit conversation he had with us, he came across as defensive and emotionless. You might think, "I don't really care how he acts so long as he medically attends to my issue". And for some I'm sure that's fine. Clearly it is given his locations reviews.. but for me, the personal touch is also important and he completely lacked this skill. I don't recommend entrusting your care to him if the human connection is even slightly important to you. If AI ever creeps into the medical field, Dr Wilmot might need a new profession. Luckily, ai machines appear to have more warmth than mr Wilmot.

You can book online (love it), but they ask you to call to make an appointment if you've never been. They got back to me the same day and were able to get me in the next day! I had Aaron as my massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me comfortable right off the bat. We chatted briefly before my session and went over any issues I was dealing with. Instead of giving me the same old boring massage, he actually listened to me and concentrated on my trouble areas. He had a heated table, which i love even in the summer because i am always cold and he had soothing music playing in ther background. I don't treat myself very often, but I will come back to this establishment. I also like the note the owner has on the Yelp page, you can tell they really care about what they do and truly want to help their clients feel better. Thank you Aaron and Hurts So Good!

She did, and I was given an appointment just a week past my original appointment by someone who is going to work through her lunch to squeeze me in. That definitely deserves at least 4 stars. Maybe after the procedure it'll get bummed to five. Original One-Star: I just got a voicemail that this place is canceling my MRI that I've waited 6 weeks for. No reason given...I'm guessing it's a holiday weekend and they don't want to stay. I was told scheduling would be reaching out "momentarily" to reschedule. No one called, so I called them at 4:20pm. I was on hold until 4:30pm when the call rolled to their voicemail telling me they closed at 4:30 and to leave a message. I've never had a facility just decide they didn't want to do a procedure, so they'll reschedule it b/c it's unimportant to them, but not to the patient. The procedure was right on schedule and went well. The recovery nurse yelled at my wife, if you don't keep your eyes open you can't go home. That was pretty much the only time she gave my wife and attention. She came back to do the final vitals to release her and asked if she'd gotten orange juice. Which was a NO. She press the button on the machine and said "i'll be right back" 10 minutes later she came back and pressed the button again. Leaves the room again saying I have to get the paperwork. She then takes it off and say well I'm going to write in the chart that you wanted to leave so there was no reading. I was PISSED at this point cause there was attitude coming out of her in all directions. I told her I wanted her to do her job and make sure my wife was healthy enough to leave. She starts telling how she NEVER puts the cuff on the arm with the IV, making it sound like if was my fault if the IV "blew out". She then literally bends over and taking a closer look at the cuff and say. "I'm watching it". The technician that was on duty came out and ask her she wanted her to take over.
