This has to be the worst auto repair in the area. I have an older 71 vehicle that had been sitting for years and upon checking reviews and talking with the owner thought they were reputable. They replaced the gas tank and transmission pan gasket and got it running (very poorly). When I picked up the vehicle after 2 months it was filthy, the owner was gone so I asked the employee why only half the windshield was wiped, RED FLAG! He had no response. My friend that followed me home called my cell informing that the tires were under inflated so I babied it home. I called the owner and asked him why they would release a vehicle in this condition and he blamed it on the employees and said he would speak to them. After properly inflating the tires it was detailed and looking good. Checked the fluids and the oil level was high,,WAY HIGH, 2 quarts over full! Unbelievable.!!!Tried calling the owner (Art) several times leaving messages and ended up siphoning the oil myself, lame. Two months later the transmission gasket failed and I called and texted several times again with no response. Finally I blocked my number and Art finally answered. Upon telling him the situation he said he would call me back in 10 minutes...No call, and still not answering my calls. Very unprofessional and shady, 0 stars! read more

I hate to be the one to ruin his 5 star streak, and I hate that I have to leave this review because I love art as a friend, he is so sweet. However after coming here 10+ times I realized almost all the work they did to my car was half assed. He has a couple of mechanics here. The older gentleman knows what he's doing. He has a younger one who I'm not sure is fully a mechanic. I had my brakes done here. They did not turn my rotors, all they did was replace the pads when they were supposed to do everything. My brakes were still squeaking like hell. Turns out the rotors needed to be resurfaced and my back rotors were absolutely filthy. I got an oil change here. They over filled too much and I had to get it drained else where (doing of the young one, not the older gentleman). I asked him to check my master cylinder because I suspected that it was bad and couldn't 100% tell myself. He told me it was fine. Turns out the whole thing was bad, leaking consistently and ended up having to replace the whole thing. I stopped coming here but I'm really disappointed because I thought this was my go to shop. Art has amazing customer service skill and is honest and kind. However he needs to really monitor who he lets work on his customers cars. I have no hate or negative feelings, I am just disappointed. read more

I took my Altima here and just did an oil change as a way to check out the service and the bussiness as a whole. They did great! I came back about 3 weeks later because my struts were failing. Art gave me a great price and he changed all 4 of them out within about 6 hours and he did it for a fantastic price. He also alerted me to a problem with my breaks that he fixed also for a great price. He showed me the bad parts when I came in to pay him. Art is great guy who goes way out of his way to take care of his customers. He is also a Christian brother and for me that is a great bonus. Please give him a try. I met Art a few weeks ago while he was promoting his auto body shop at a local gym ! We spoke for a while and at the end of our conversation he offered me a free oil change ! It was like he was readin my mind because God knew I needed one haha ! I brought my car in YESTERDAY SEPT 28, 2016 and I have nothing but PHENOMENAL things to say about this man , his partner that did my oil change and his body shop. My oil change took literally 15-20 minutes, now most places I go to will take up to two hours just to put some oil in a car . I thought I was having battery issues with my car, resulting in me calling Triple A. However, Triple A informed me that my battery was in good condition, and the issue at hand was low voltage. I called Haven Mobile 76 in Rancho Cucamonga, and they gave me an outrageous quote. Subsequently, I found Ibarra Automotive via Yelp, and thought I would give it a go as the yelp reviews were promising. I scheduled an appointment with Ibarra automotive and within ten minutes, Art, the owner, was able to diagnose the vehicle, which is a PT Cruiser. I had several problems with my vehicle, including the motor mounts, fan assembly, and alternator. Art was able to expound the complicated car jargon, so that I could understand why my car was having such issues. I was elated to encounter such an auto shop with prompt service(I was able to pick up my car the following morning upon drop-off at 4PM the previous day) at competitive rates. I highly recommend becoming a patron of this auto shop, especially since the customer service supersedes any autoshop. I could not be happier with the services provided to me at this location.
