Their posted hours indicate they are open until 8:00 p.m. Since my wife and I typically go out to dinner around 7:30-8:00 p.m., this was the first time we were able to arrive before closing. We walked in at approximately 7:25 p.m., expecting to have dinner, only to be told they were no longer accepting dine-in orders and were serving takeout only. If your posted closing time is 8:00 p.m., customers should reasonably expect to be able to dine in until then--or at the very least, there should be a clearly posted notice stating that dine-in service ends earlier. Instead, we made the trip only to be turned away. We eat out five or six nights a week and typically spend $70-$90 for dinner with drinks and tip. We were ready to become regular customers if the pizza lived up to its reputation, but first impressions matter. We left without ordering and, unfortunately, won't be back. Businesses have every right to establish their own policies, but those policies should match the hours they advertise so customers don't waste a trip.

Unfortunately, this was a genuinely disappointing experience from start to finish. We ordered a 14-inch pizza, well done, with pepperoni and ricotta on the entire pizza. One half had bell peppers and onions, while the other half had pineapple and black olives. The first issue was the ricotta. We order ricotta on pizza regularly from another local pizzeria, so we know what it's supposed to taste like. This wasn't creamy or fresh. It had a gritty, almost grainy texture that was strange and honestly unpleasant. The second issue was the pricing, and this is what will keep us from ordering again. If you order toppings on only half of your pizza, you're charged the exact same amount as if those toppings covered the entire pizza. That makes absolutely no sense. If a topping costs $2.50, it should not cost $2.50 whether it's on half the pizza or the whole thing. You're literally receiving half the amount of that ingredient. In our case, the pineapple, black olives, bell peppers, and onions were each charged at the full topping price despite only covering half the pizza. Meanwhile, the pepperoni and ricotta covered the entire pizza for the same per-topping cost. That's a pricing model that feels incredibly unfair to customers. I've ordered pizza from a lot of places over the years, and I honestly can't remember another pizzeria that charges full price for half the product. It comes across less like a reasonable business practice and more like a way to quietly maximize revenue at the customer's expense. That's especially disappointing for a local business that's been welcomed so enthusiastically by the community. Building goodwill is one thing. Eroding it over something this avoidable is another. Finally, we specifically ordered the pizza well done because we like a crisp crust. It wasn't. The slices had noticeable flop, and I actually ended up putting mine in the air fryer just to finish cooking it the way we originally requested. If you're advertising a "no flop" style pizza, this one definitely missed that mark. Between the odd ricotta, the misleading topping pricing, and the undercooked pizza despite requesting it well done, this wasn't an experience we'll be repeating.
