My daughter goes to cheer here…read more Little did I know how big cheer really is. She goes to practice twice a week for 2.5 hours and really really loves it. The coaches are dedicated and make sure she gets the instruction she needs. They have open gym so people that need to practice on certain things can come in and work on their routines and tricks. A little expensive, their website sucks, and their communication isn't always the best, but overall we are pleased with it.

My family and I absolutely love coming here for the indoor pools!…read more It's only $7 each for my husband and I's entry and $4 for my kids. Definitely an affordable and fun thing to do with your family. The bathrooms with showers have always been clean and, because we tend to go right when the pools open on Sundays, there's never any lines to use them. There's plenty of lockers for you to securely store any belongings, but my family usually just leaves our stuff out with our stroller, parked where we can see it at all times. The kids area of the pool is right at the entrance. It has a small running water slide for the younger kids, a whole play structure with slides for the bigger ones, and the water is much shallower, allowing for kids of all ages to have fun! My twins love sitting tummy-deep in the water and splashing away. There's also a small lazy river that's a lot of fun to go around! My son is about 4ft 7in and he can stand with his head above the water and freely float about the current. Next to the lazy river is a huge water slide for those who don't mind climbing stairs and being somewhat high up. My husband and friend have said it takes you down a lot faster than they expected. It was a ton of fun. There's a rope separating the area of the pool where the water sliders come out and the lazy river / kid area is, so my son was able to have fun watching his dad shoot right out the water slide. Next to the large water slide are the lap pool and diving boards. The lap pool has a few lanes and is perfect for getting in some aerobic exercise. There are two diving boards; one standard 3 or 4 ft and a bigger 10 ft board. We've only been here for the indoor pools, but we would absolutely come to utilize the many other functions of this center.

My daughter has been part of Elevate for the past two years and was on the Silver team. During that…read moretime, she had four different coaches due to high staff turnover. After tryouts for the upcoming competition season, we received what felt like a very scripted and automated email stating that all spots had been filled and there was no room for her. We were completely blindsided by this decision. A few weeks prior, I had met with the team director to ask about my daughter's progress. At that time, we were told she only had a couple things she needed to work on and that she had the ability to make it to the next level. Because of that conversation, the outcome came as a complete surprise. What has been most disappointing is the lack of honesty, communication, and personal consideration throughout this process. I truly hope my daughter becomes stronger from this very hurtful experience.

KidStrong is something of a kids exercise class, during which they do obstacle courses, some…read morelearning activities, sharing activities, and more. It's a great place to bring your kids to interact with other kids, and for you to play with your kid. I've been bringing my three year old for a little over a year now. I've seen a huge boost in physical confidence due to the activities he's participated in here. If you sign up during one of the promotional periods the pricing isn't too bad at all, and the employees are all really understanding if you need to reschedule a class. Only thing I guess I could criticize is the cost of the t shirts (as the kids "level up" as they attend classes and there are corresponding shirts.) The shirts aren't mandatory of course, but I feel they should be cheaper than $20 a piece considering the cost of the classes themselves. If you do bring your kid, know it's SUPER common for them to not cooperate at first, and it feels like you're paying for your kid to just sit there and cry. Don't feel discouraged. Pretty much all the kids do it, and eventually, they come out of their shell and have a blast. It's worth working through it

We used to love KidStrong because of Coach Isaac and the curriculum. But it has been a nightmare…read moretrying to cancel. They started us with a $99 month then increased it to $129 without our knowledge or notice. We never signed a contract for X number of months. Colton understood we would be leaving as Coach Isaac leaving would mean the development my child received and connection would no longer be there. He was the major factor that kept us going for over a year. I had already expressed this to Colton and he agreed. We had an understanding. We had even brought in 2 friends to see if that would positively excite our child to continue. But our child was not interested. We have not attended Kidstrong since June 14. However they are charging us June & July & wanting to charge for August. I have advocated on how we loved this program but to be treated so poorly as they have had turnover in coaches due to their own mismanagement is not okay. Kidstrong never even allowed the children to say good-bye to their old coach. The new coaches do not showcase the same training and enthusiasm or love to help the children succeed. BEWARE! STAY AWAY! Terrible place to work or be a member. There are so many other great places for children to thrive.
