Who really wants to make the time to shred sensitive documentation. After driving my daughter to school I went a few miles out of my way and paid $10 to have a big box worth of family sensitive mailed crap shredded within under 10 seconds. I even got to witness the destruction of it. The scraps are compacted together and sold as large bails to paper mills. The gentleman who was there was very pleasant and kind. The area is not aesthetically pleasing, but oh well, they get the job done and the customer is in and out.

In court, sitting next to Jim Moorman, the tables got turned. Judgments were awarded in my favor, and for the first time ever, my ex-husband will suffer serious consequences for his behavior. I was stunned to realize that the laws were never against me during divorce--it's just there's a major difference between being represented by a lawyer who seems adequate and being represented by a really, really good lawyer--namely Jim Moorman.
