Pretty unbelievably horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend them. Prior to today my only issue was getting them to come out and service the box at the scheduled time. You have to make several calls to get them to finally come out. I could have dealt with that, but I provided them with my billing address and they insisted on leaving the invoice at the service location. Returned a call from their office and the lady says "hey are you going to pay our bill or what?". I tell her that I'd asked them previously to note my account to send the bill to the billing address. I do not work out of that location and all of my vendors bill to the same location. She says she will send the bill. She then proceeds to call back to my office location and talk to one of my employees about the bill being late, as my employee is with a client. I told her that, as previously requested, I want the box picked up because we are going with another company. Fast forward, Joe picks up the box from the office. Employees stated he is nasty when he arrives, again she is with a client. Employee tells me he took the papers out of the Shred box (customers sensitive info) and leaves it on the floor and removes the box. He requested to speak with me so I call him and the man calls me "remedial, retarded" and uses the *f* word. It's appalling that someone would speak to another person that way, especially a man speaking to a lady. His words and tone were absolutely despicable. Totally unwarranted when I reach out to him to explain the lateness of the invoice and advise him that i would be forwarding the payment. To top it all off, he informs me that they take credit cards over the phone. The lady never even advised me of that. I would have taken care of this when I spoke with her initially and not had to be subject to his verbal assault. Only vendor I've ever had an issue with. My vendors mail or fax an invoice and they get paid promptly. Very unprofessional and nasty. read more
