I Scream helped us celebrate my daughter's birthday with a socially distanced fro yo party!
Jennifer R.

Great communication and customer service! We had I Scream Yogurt out for a socially distanced birthday celebration for my daughter and it was a great experience! Delicious yogurt and toppings! Thank you so much for making my daughter's day special!

Let me tell you, there are all sorts of food trucks. Some are hype. Some are flashy. And others are Ll that and then some. I scream yogurt is legit. They have so many options. I have had the pleasure of experiencing them at the Natomas/hamptons food truck round ups on wednesdays by my house, and I have now also had the immense pleasure of having them cater my son's birthday party. Not only was this a first get together for him and his friends in over a year, but also the first time we saw some of our family. So a special time was made only that much more special with the presence of Valencia and her truck, I scream yogurt. The ease of payment, booking, the versatility of what she offered, and even their providing of the excess yogurt to go were all things that made the experience the perfect fit for us. They followed all distancing and safety precautions, and were considerate of our time, and helpful/patient with all the kiddos in the ordering process, as well as super communicative. Add on Valencia's kindness and endless consideration, and there's no better experience I could have asked for. And I haven't even mentioned the quality of the dessert was so good. Some say simple, but I say simply perfect. And the kids were THRILLED with all the options there were for toppings. Every kids dream, which made for a fantastic birthday. I truly don't know who enjoyed it more, the kids, or the adults! If you get a chance, try the orange float!

Birthday girl!

I can't say enough about I Scream Yogurt! We booked the truck for our daughters 16th curbside birthday. Everyone raved about the yogurt made to order with all the toppings. Throughout the booking they communicated very well and were so friendly and professional. So glad we found this business and can't wait for another occasion to book them.

Omg!!! I'm from the Bay Area. And if you know anything about the Bay Area, especially Oakland, they…read morehave the best taco trucks of all time! So I'm always skeptical when I try new taco truck if it's not in the bay. What I do is order one taco and that's all. I want to see the quality of meat that they have. After I devoured it, I ordered a super burrito. So you already know it was fire. I'm not gonna lie that was one of the best burritos I've ever had. I got Carne. So juicy. I don't care for the tortillas that are not grilled on the outside. I got my burrito home, and opening up the burrito felt like unveiling a culinary masterpiece! It was beautifully brown on the outside. Not to mention it was freaking humongous. As you will see from the pictures below. I used a cup of noodles so you could gauge how big it is. That burrito was two meals for me. I would've paid $20 for that burrito, it's super affordable. I've never experienced re-warming a burrito with avocado, and it not tasting completely disgusting. I was completely amazed when I put it in the microwave and it actually tasted just like when I first got it. They must have some special secret recipe to keep the avocados from tasting discussing after they are reheated. Obviously I'm just joking. I don't know how they did it. I believe the young lady's name at the counter was Vicky, she was super sweet and so friendly to me. But sometimes I don't get to experience that because I'm not Spanish-speaking. Unfortunately, a lot of workers at taco trucks treat you different if you're not Latino. Thank you so much I will be back!

The woman taking the orders wasn't the friendliest, but the food was good! Pros: The orders of fries were HUGE and for a very reasonable price. We definitely would have been okay with just ordering one meal. The birria and asada were both very good, well seasoned. Both of our orders of fries were delicious. The cons: We arrived around 3pm (they close at 6) & they were already sold out of a lot of their meats. We were told that it would be a 20-25 min wait, which we expected because the line was so long, but ended up waiting closer to 40 mins. As soon as we got our food, they closed? Which is super odd, their hours are very inconsistent as we had planned on stopping by other days & they were already closed or gone!

The only day they are closed is on Tuesdays. She is a woman owned small business owner. She's been around for years. If you know you know so now I'm going to put you on to a taco food truck that you just have to try. From the homemade salsa to the authentic tacos and burritos. From the customer service, which is always a 10/10 to the food. The overall experience is something you have to try. Every choice of meat has a tremendous amount of flavor never too salty never too spicy, but just right. We have been going here for years my go to will always be the Carne Asada street tacos and her massive Asada burritos. The menu has just enough options and not too many to choose from and everything she does she does it very well. So if you go and give her a try, make sure to tell her that we sent you.

Hot Tortillas, Juicy Asada, and Gas Station Gold!…read more Highly, highly recommend! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned-reminds me of what tacos should be like, before all the fast pop-up taco spots in Sacramento with no flavor or love. Always get the asada tacos here-they're juicy, packed with the right amount of seasoning, and full of that smoky, grilled flavor that hits just right. Did I mention the tortillas are actually cooked and warm, instead of the cold taco shells people serve at restaurants these days? The little details matter. Also, ask for extra grilled onions on the side-they're sweet, savory, buttery, and to die for. They pair perfectly with the tacos. This taco truck hits close to home, the prices are super reasonable, and they even take Zelle if you don't have cash. It's parked on the side of the Shell gas station and always there-grab an order, pump your gas, and eat before heading out. You can even order in advance. Honestly, I'd bring a friend here for something quick or even a casual first date and eat in the car-it's a whole old-school vibe. Service is amazing, and everyone's extremely nice.

The woman who took took my order was very friendly and helpful.I ended up ordering a dozen tamales($42)-half chicken half pork with a small side of beans rice and salsa.I also decided to order something for myself since I was going to be there-so I added the iconic Yo-Burrito($14)-but more on that later. I made my way out there and the woman working there had my order ready right on time, which is always appreciated-the place is a smaller spot with a few tables but it's much more setup as a to-go spot in my opinion-which is perfect. The tamales that we got for the party were pretty much perfect-nice size-flavorful sauce, tender meat, tasty masa-everybody loved em,as I expected-one can never go wrong if your in the mood for some tamales in the Sacramento area-they are the best-but I want to talk about that burrito. I've had a lot of burritos in my day-in fact I've spent a little time as a burrito reviewer on another app,so I don't say this too lightly-but the Yo-burrito is probably the most unique burrito you can get in Sacramento and most likely a top 3 overall burrito in Sacramento. The fillings are pretty generic, rice, beans, cheese, pic de gallo but where they turn it up a level is when they add 2 of their signature tamales into the burrito as the protein and man does that change everything. The combo of those tamales in the middle of all the flavors from the burrito fillings is just dynamite-I highly recommend it-if you consider yourself a burrito connoisseur-your resume will be incomplete if you haven't had the pleasure of trying this great item. In closing-when you find yourself craving some homemade style tamales,I would definitely give these guys a call-they are pretty great-a very solid options for parties or holiday gatherings or if u just want a tamale for lunch that day. PS.....One quick tip-this place offers a lower price for cash payment-so if you're looking to keep costs down, that's an option...Also this place has a history in winning the taco throwdowns in Sacramento,so I'm assuming their tacos are pretty great here as well, though I've never tried them myself.
