I would think twice about using these guys on your repairs!! I don't buy the bull shit story blaming it on shipping!!! Beware beware and beware. I don't recommend this phone repair shop because of their lack of communication, professional, and…read moresexism. My phone was ran over so my male s/o called this phone repair shop and brought it in. They gave him a quote and he brought it back home so we could decide on what to do because the motherboard was broken. January 13th, I visited the phone repair shop and had told the employee that the phone was already looked at and what was wrong with it. He said they would have to ship it to be fixed and it would take a week to be fixed which I was fine with. A week later I called for an update, they hadnt even shipped it out yet but were going to ship it out the next day. And then quoted me $100+ more than they had quoted my male s/o for the SAME issue. About a month goes by, no calls from the phone repair shop so I call them. I was told they're still working on my phone but it would be "fixed by the end of the week" so I was hopeful. I call at the end of the week (Feb 11th) and they tell me that they were able to turn it on but nothing would be backed up, therefore saying it couldn't be fixed and wasn't fixed. The phone would be sent back to the shop. I figured that I would of been contacted when my phone was delivered back at this phone repair store, but I heard nothing. I called yesterday (Feb 25) and asked if my phone had been returned, and the employee said yes. Went and picked it up, and will not be returning to this phone repair shop. Nor recommending it to anyone. I understand fully that some phones can't be fixed, but to go as far as to tell me that it "would be fixed by the end of the week" is insane work for something that couldn't be fixed. Their lack of communication was the worst part of the whole situation, my phone was gone for a month when it should of been a week. I don't think they would of called me unless I had called them. Also I believe that I was quoted $100+ HIGHER than my male significant other for the SAME ISSUE because I am a female.

Got my iPhone 14 Pro's screen fixed here 6 months ago and it randomly stopped working last week,…read morewhen I brought it in they told me it needed a motherboard fix and charged me $160 even though that wasn't the problem, then tried to charge me for a whole new screen. When I asked them why there repairs only last 6 months they added the screen for free. After a week I was able to pick up the phone and they said it was working fine, but when I was walking out I noticed the whole screen popping out of the phone. When I took it out of the case, the screen was out enough I could stick a finger nail under it. ON top of that the touch screen didn't even work and there was also huge black bars on all sides that weren't there before. I physically couldn't believe they would give me a finished product like this. All of this and I hadn't even left the parking lot, I went back inside, gave them the phone they just gave me and asked nicely if it could be fixed correctly, but they ended up calling me later in the day to cancel the order. So I had to go back the AGAIN the next day to pick up my broken phone that was literally in worse condition than when I dropped it off, they put all my old parts in but didn't even bother putting them on correctly, my old screen was falling off the phone when I got it and I found a total of 4 screws that just fell off when I took it out the case. I brought the phone to a real repair shop and they said I would be better off just buying a new phone because of the repairs. NEVER taking anything electronic here again.
