Like TOO responsive. She got back to me within mins on a Sunday night and quoted me a reasonable price to strip and refinish my tub. Leo came through and did the work and it looks good to go by the next day. Just note, the odor from the glaze is really strong and you can't be around when the process is done and for 4-5 hours after while it sets. This caused a couple challenges but certainly not 24 Hour bath's fault. If I need a deglaze I will contact them again. 5 stars.

Leonardo arrived to refinish the tub on time, and also finished on time, literally close to the 24 hour mark start to finish, while giving us detailed updates throughout. He did more than we asked and was also courteous. Overall, a very positive 5-star experience.
